Friendly staff , clean room, great breakfast

The room was really spacious. The ladies at the front desk were really nice.

Check in was at 3:00pm. I was finally able to get in to the room about 4:00pm.

There were dirty rags in the shower. I cleaned it myself and told the front desk staff. They offered to have someone come by to clean it, but I had already done it. They should have offered compensation. They didn't email my receipt either.

I was double charged for my stay. The total cost from my booking receipt was $---, I received two charges from the hotel, one for $--- and the other for $---.

To be honest, the bed was pretty uncomfortable. It was hard, and I woke up with an ache in my arm. But the experience was still great overall because you cant have everything right!

The room was dirty we had to move to a different room. The pillows were cheap and flat. I don't think rooms are getting checked after being cleaned because germs were everywhere. I was very disappointed it was motel 6 to me.

They gave me the wrong room... my other person slept on pull out couch instead of bed...not happy

The staff was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable

Due to construction, it was difficult to get into the garage.

Breakfast options were pretty good. The location was very convenient. Check in was easy.

Garage was not very big. Spaces in the garage were tight.

Clean comfortable bed

I was not given the room I requested. I called in advance to ask if I can check in early and I was told I could at 3pm instead of 4pm. So when I arrived I was told I couldn't check in to the room I requested until 4:30pm. So I had to take another room that really didn't accommodate my guests. I didn't agree with paying for parking if I am a paying guest at the hotel. The elevators were not working properly and I was told by an employee that that has been an issue for a while now. So I had to use stairs and one of my guests has back issues which was not good for her.

Breakfast was good and included. Greta location, just around the corner from restaurants. There was also a private car park attached to the hotel (buzz to be let in the first time you arrive).

It was close to everything, it was clean, staff were friendly, everything was easy to use.

They downgraded my room with a separate bedroom to one with one bed, with no advanced notice or alternative options provided. They gave out the other rooms early.

Loved the layout of the room and the pool as well.

Our room smelt like animal piss that lingered heavily and we notified staff but they told us its a pet friendly hotel. Which yes but the smell could be dealt with as well. And breakfast the food was weird textured like rubber. Also the layout to enter the building and park was confusing because of the construction.

Fairly close to University of Arizona. Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Snacks available for purchase. Close to the free transit to get to restaurants & shops.

Pick up location was confusing to Uber drivers. Price/value was just okay.

Location, friendly staff,room was just lovely and the use of the gas BBQ on the terrace fabulous.

Lack of healthy options for breakfast

The air conditioning / heating unit was very difficult to regulate had to get up several times in the night just to cool the room down. The offered breakfast was unappealing at best. There was much traffic congestion and difficulty getting into and out of the hotel.

Very impressed with the cleanliness. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Great location. Breakfast was more than adequate and the breakfast area was clean. Less noise from adjacent rooms and hallway.
