    Pros +

    • CENTRALLY LOCATED
    • The hotel is gorgeous! The decor is hip and trendy. Everything is very clean and like new. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was spa like!
    • It was walking distance to MANY placed to eat, have coffee and drinks, and shopping. It was also close to transit.

    Cons -

    • The hotel A/c system is very poor, this is Tucson, AZ and will not keep room temperature under 80 degrees.
    • It is in the heart of downtown and it was very, VERY loud making it so hard to sleep. There were nightclubs with thumping music and what sounded like drag racing into the wee hours of the morning. We called down for a noise machine but they were out!
    • It does not have a pool or hot tub

Modern design and furniture, very comfortable bed, located centrally near downtown and easy access to other parts of Tucson.

Parking was kind of confusing at first.

    Room decor

Parking, self parking was awful tickets didn't work,.had to go to the front desk multiple times

    10ElainePosted on: 8-28-2025

I attended a concert across the street at the Fox Theater so this location was wonderful! Room was great and my interaction with staff was also great.

The only negative was street/traffic noise as my room was on the west side of the building. I ended up using a white noise app on my phone to sleep.

    Felt very new and trendy

Extremely loud road noise from cars and motorcycles. We were on the 2nd level.

    10ChrissoPosted on: 8-1-2025

Location was great, we spent 2 nights and had a fantastic view of the July 4th fireworks from our room. Will definitely stay again if in the area Chrisso and Charlie

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. We were there on a night out on our anniversary and they went above ane beyond to make our stay memorable. The suite that they upgraded us to was comfortable and well appointed. The very best part was the free standing tub.

We went for a nightcap and sat for about 10 minutes, no one approached us so we went to the room instead. The bar area is beautiful though.

    Clean...new...comfortable bed...

They didnt tell us about the special charcuterie board for July 4th and hard to find the parking lot should be more specific...when coming to the hotel

The beds and rooms were extremely comfortable and very friendly lobby staff

    The breakfast service was slow

    I liked everything

We loved the ambience of the Leo Kent. Really beautiful decor throughout; very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were helpful. Our room was spacious and the bathroom well laid out. Very strong water pressure in the huge shower! The location of the hotel is perfect -very convenient to restaurants and there is a streetcar stop a few steps away.

Pillows were awful, waaaay too soft. I asked for firmer pillows but the ones that came were just the same. Ah well. The bed was very comfortable at least.

    10GeorgePosted on: 3-11-2025

    Excellent room and appointments.

Booking.com and several websites declared that the Leo Kent offered EV charging. It does not.

    7RimPosted on: 2-13-2025

It is nicely located and has an immaculate and comfortable room with a nice view of the mountains. The WC/ Shower room is spacious and has nice lighting.

I suggest that they add a few items to their breakfast and dinner menus, as there are not many options.

Service was exceptionally BADCouldn’t get coffee. No one took our order until we asked. We were told we needed a voucher which I went to get from the fest. Clerk did not seem to know about any vouchers but eventually found them. We wanted to assign breakfast to room which caused another issue because we had vouchers!!! It was ridiculous!! However the meal once we got us was very good.

The traffic noise kept us awake all night. The bed linens looked like they had been slept in- very messy but clean I guess.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was fantastic. We very much enjoyed the.breakfast.

Our room was on the second floor. It was like having a bed on the street. The traffic noise was so profoundly loud. We had earplugs and a noise machine, and couldn't drown out the intense revving and honking and other various traffic chaos below us. We got zero sleep. Our night was truly terrible. Never again, Leo Kent.
