Very inviting, nice room, slept well.

Hot water took a long time to get to shower, no microwave and no hot tub

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Pool was very dirty the entire time we were there. Lounge staff did not seem to know what was on the menus or have accurate info about menu items

The hotel decor is nice it's quiet

This is my second time staying at this hotel, very nice but my room could have been cleaned properly. Lots of someones hair left on the bathroom floor and towels. Dust everywhere and it cause my allergies to flare up and I didn't sleep.

very new and clean; good location close to downtown. parking was convenient and fairly priced. helpful housekeeping staff. generally speaking, the experiance was as expected for a business hotel (which is our preference). i would stay here again.

front desk was sort of unenthusiastic. the bed was a bit firm and i didn't sleep super well but they tried adding some padding and it helped a bit. lights in the bathroom shut off at weird times; pretty minor stuff.

The staff at the bar wasn?t so honest with us. The receptionist told us the kitchen was open till 10 pm, when we arrived at 9:47, she said they were closed already.

Clean hotel

You have to pay for parking and parking spaces very narrow. The night front desk person was very rude.

Everything, location, staff and the bar and restaurant were outstanding!

Staff wasn?t the greatest, we had to move rooms and had issues with second room we were moved into

Staff was super nice. Upgraded us and us check in early. Very close to the event we were visiting for

Charge to park

1) for a 3 year old hotel the room and bathroom looked rusted, and worn out 2) room smelled 3) not as clean as I would expect for the rate 4) the hotel is downtown so expect to pay to park

Safe, clean, good customer service

Free parking in garage next door. Two bars, restaurant, fitness room (in our room!), pool.

The restaurant has a limited menu and only one dessert! Come on, I'm on vacation and want an ice cream sunday! Only dessert they have is churros.

Lovely grounds, wonderful room, great staff. The restaurant manager got me a glass of milk even though the restaurant had closed 15 minutes earlier!

Housekeeping staff woke us up talking handsfree with someone on her cell phone. I hate waking up like that ¿¿

The restaurant can be less formal and expensive, the bar is awesome and Cafe.

It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a night away from home. We booked it for the reviews and location and weren't disappointed.

Having to pay $20/day to park is outrageous. Room should be clean, bathroom was filthy, gross shoe prints and dirt marks all over, pillowcases not washed (had makeup on them?)

Cleanliness, room, service all top notch. Food was good too!

The bar had no Sauvignon Blanc which was surprising. Wine selection overall was not exciting.
