Very close to Allen Street and all the fun things offered in town.

At check in we asked lady for some extra soaps, she assured us there where bottles in the room, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner all empty... we tryed to call the office, phone in room didn't even work. So we left a message. Never got soap. Lazy staff.

Hotel employees made me feel at home. Staff was super pro, super inviting and super kind. The location, view and amenities were absolutely perfect. The pool was also an essential! My stay could not have been better!!!

The customer service by the staff was excellent.

I really think this hotel needs a major overhaul. It's old and falling apart. There's only so many times you can plaster cracks in the ceiling and walls. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The bathtub spigot was falling out of the wall. No microwave

When we got there, they put us in a room. The blinds had holes in it. We asked for a new room they give it to us in the new room. The toilet kept stopping up, went to the front desk twice they solved the problem. They gave me a plunger, and walked off,

Found out they hired a new maid and she left a used towel behind the bathroom door...room a little dusty.

It was very clean very quiet staff was nice

The floors were extremely dirty, the beds had hair in them, spiderwebs on the doors.

The room was full of a variety of bugs on the floor, walls, ceiling and on top of the bed and in the covers. We could not and would not stay. Owner thought that this was completely normal.

The new owners are really putting alot of time and $ into bringing this hotel back to being prime. We loved the vintage look of things anyways. The location provides for a lovely view of the mountains of Tombstone. We <3 it!

Close to town

Had two rooms old worn out towels, dead bugs in garbage can and on floor,dirty, dusty, sheets had pet hair on them, one room small roll of toilet paper. Told the manager all this he said he will tell housekeeping. Dog barking below all night.

Only good this was it was less then 5 minutes of where our appointment was that day.

The front desk closes at 11pm. We showed up just before this after getting a phone call asking if they think we¿d be there before than. Otherwise call the emergency number and the manager will come help you. Room smelled, tv didn¿t work. Very old place.

Did not have advertised features as in wifi (unless you wanted to go to the office) ice machine did not work, the pool was not open, no free breakfast, all which was advertised. The shade in our room did not work, outside was very unkempt.

Breakfast advertised not provided.Constant stream water in bathtub.had to run water for long time ,then barely lukewarm.toilet seat loose. I know not high price but would not recommend .

The room was dirty and smelled like dust/smoke. There was trash on the floor upon check in. The hot water was sporadic. The toilet was not strong enough to flush solids. Hotel advertised free breakfast, it was not provided. Linens/towels were very old.

TV didn't work finally got it working phone didn't work how to use my own phone didn't have towels only to no wash rugs no bad Matt's nothing room was falling apart could have been cleaner. Was supposed to have breakfast & didn't! Will not be back!

No wifi that works, beds are hard! So bad we left a day early!

The hotel is in a nice location, the staff is nice, but the property is extremily run down, especially the exterior. The pool was closed for maintenance but it looked like it was permanently closed. I would not recommend this property without a warning.

well lets see you felt like you were back in the early 60's very run down crickets in the room a/c was a joke until late at night vanity was designed for midgets (my wife is short but it was low even for her) the breakfast was fair the lady was very nice
