- Everything exceeded our expectations! A special shoutout to Hotel employee at the front desk - she was the first person that greeted us upon our arrival & checked us in as well as out - so nice, friendly, helpful & just a pleasure to talk to & see each day!

- No
- Called 2xs before booking due to 3 different path pics, but was assured vanity was separate from bath. Front desk reception said I did not speak with someone from TownePlace. I redialed the number, and the front desk answered. No compensation:(
