- Great location! Comfortable bed, hot shower. Met my needs. Would absolutely return!
- Clean and quiet. Small room and no breakfast but HVAC fan can run constantly to mask outside noise and minimize the noise of cycling during the night. Great location for touring Seligman and offers a discount for superb nearby restaurant.
- The room was good size and very clean.
Cons -
- Frig was very moist had to unplug it
- One of our rooms has an ant infestation in one area of the room.
- The wall outlets need to be replaced as they are worn out and it is difficult to maintain electrical connection.
