The appearance

There was a man chatting with the lobby staff upon check in. It took 10+ minutes to check in with no one else waiting. There was no instruction given to get to the room. Another guest came out in the hall screaming profanity at us b/c a dog walked by.

Hotel is very clean

For the 5 night stay housekeeping never came in yo check if we had towels, supplies, to make the bedsÂ¿ room didnÂ¿t have any sort of guides on the housekeeping schedule, menu for the food, restaurants in the area etc.

Hotel was new, modern, clean, quiet and great customer service. I typically hear people running laps and slamming their doors at other hotels but not here.This place was QUIET! So glad we chose this hotel.

It was a nice hotel. Wish there was a restaurant on the premise. Nice, modern architecture. Nice outdoor space.

The room faced a busy street and can hear the traffic outside. There was no light switch to turn on the room lights beyond the entry way. Location is a bit in nowhere's land.

Feet very safe for a solo traveler, especially as a woman. Beautiful courtyard for morning coffee, sun, and reading. Staff greeted us upon arrival and departure every single time. Just overall very clean with nice atmosphere

The room was spacious and very clean, the staff was super attentive and friendly, and I loved how updated the hotel was. I loved the little goodies at the lobby every day and on Christmas Day they also gave us a little something on our door.

On the first day we noticed a lot of ants in our room but the issue was resolved pretty quickly by the hotel.

Exceptionally clean and quiet.

Very overpriced, the eating area was clinical but soulless. They even had the cheek to charge for parking the car in an unsecured parking lot which they initially refunded but later the charge appeared on my bank statement. It makes you wonder who is running this company and their ethos.

Clean room and nice breakfast options. Golf putting practice mat in reception area and large games near pool were entertaining.

Noisy aircon in room, hallway smelt like parmesan cheese (musty), not enough towels or water in room for number of guests noted on booking

Lots of allergies in the hotel and lighting at nite not great--either need to keep bathroom light on or rely on small nite light.
