Budget Inn Phoenix

This filthy hotel was run like a half way home. Everything wa broken, the toilet and sink had almost no water pressure at all. Staff was rude. Experience was a 0/10, I would not stay again if I were paid to do so.

The receptionist handled things well considering the condition of the hotel.

Outer Security door was broken and did not lock Poor lighting in the parking lot Room had damage that was sloppily remedied Bathroom had termite dirt coming from the ceiling Room door didn latch properly Wifi did not work Cable tv had only 1 channel

Nothing what so ever.

The location, the shooting of guns early in the morning. The overwhelming smell.of cleaning product and the only five channels that were showing.

smoking room had no ashtrays nor were they available. pool was out of order . faucet in shower was falling out and hard to turn on. only 2 bath towels , 1 was already dirty with black grease, no hand towels. hallway to the rooms was stained throughout.

Unsafe and very dirty. we left shortly after checking in and never went beck. We didn't not sleep at this place because it was so bad

When we got to the hotel they said the reservation did not go through and turned us away. It was then hard to find another hotel and do we ended up sleeping in our van with 4 kids!!

Tv, remote, air conditioning, fridge, and drawers broke. Rooms smell like cigerates and pot. Pool closed by the city. Tattoe ink splattered on bathroom walls and stains on sheets.

Checked in checked out room bed linens dirty and stained was there half hour checked out.

The bed was filthy, the door couldn't close all the way, they were fully booked so they wouldn't move me, the room smelt like death, the staff was no help, they didn't even wore uniforms, TV had 5 channels & 2 were in Spanish. I towel & 1 rag that's it.

Room was dirty, hot water was gone, and called ahead and informed staff I needed a floor room and gave us a second floor room. We called 5 hours before check in

Price only

No hot water in the shower. Not enough towels for 2 people, had to ask for more. Not in a good area.

Good price, front desk are nice and helpful. Option fo r cash deposit where you get it back when you check out. Instead of waiting 7 or more days through the bank.

Killer couple roaches in my room. And the floor wasn't too clean

Property was available on a moments call, staff was exceptional and not to mention the prices were very affordable. safe, Clean, comfortable, spacious, ready for the next time.

Not much to not like.

No hot water, microwave didn't work, and location was a little sketchy.

Lobby was not open till 7. No breakfast. Towels were very thin.
