Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown

My room had a slightly foul smell. Not always noticable but smelled like kinda like ammonia...so not sure if it was from pee or nasty cleaning chemicals.

The breakfast was great, staff was amazing! Location was perfect for walking to the convention center!

It really needs a pool, and parking. The valet was great, but the only option and was pricey.

Good rate for the location; also appreciated the free breakfast.

Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Also, while the food was plentiful at the breakfast buffet, it was not very good quality.

The location to Downtown Phoenix ASU campus. Easy walk to campus, Starbucks and restaurants.

Downtown location, close to amenities and freeways. Clean and the AC worked nicely.

Paid extra for city lights, it wasn't not much of a view. No free parking and the best option they give you is their valley which is about $40 per night and every time you need to use your car, you're expected to pay tips...it adds up.

Fast and easy check in. Great location to Chase field and restaurants. Good breakfast included.

It was within walking distance from where we needed to go for our event and offered free breakfast. The rooms appeared clean and the staff was mostly friendly.

Our room was found to have bed bugs towards the end of our stay. We had a 5 night reservation and after confirming themselves that the room did in fact have bed bugs all they offered was a one night refund and their apology.

Breakfast options were great and suited my needs I was happy to have early check in as I came from the east I really like the waterpik massage shower head though would be nice to have a handheld sprayer as well Location was fantastic(near convention cn

The HVAC unit was quite loud, and I didn't get good sleep the first night.

Nope, however, I heard parking can be a big headache. I didn't have my car but if I did need a hotel and had to bring my car I would probably leave it.
