The suite enabled my whole family to stay in the same room.

It could have been cleaner in the showers and in the dining area

Price and staff. hotel employee on the kitchen staff was an excellent ambassador for the hotel. He asked all guests for feedback and followed up with any problems reported. Francisco addressed problems with our room tvs and garbage disposal. Breakfasts good.

There were a number of maintenance issues: elevator, hot tub jets, pool heating, room TVs etc.

The breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Also the free laundry room came in handy. It was nice to have a full refrigerator, microwave and plates and utensils in the room. The free parking is good.....

The hotel did not provide a free 24 hour shuttle to the airport. The airport is only 5 miles from the hotel.....

I've stayed here twice and am happy with everything. Cleanliness, front desk staff. The beds are very comfortable if not the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel. Location is quiet and convenient.

It was near a great restaurant

We had a bad experience First got keys to a room already rented and no one apologized. Then no manager was available to speak with and didn¿t help upon check out with this issue.

First time staying at a Staybridge and was presently surprised. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Ample toiletries and towels. Kitchenette in the room for light cooking. Full-size fridge, in room,as well.

The room faced the highway, so it was noisy in the morning.

Very clean rooms and nicely maintained amenities. Staff was very friendly. An overall positive experience.

The rooms were spacious, the check in staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious.

One of the people working the breakfast was really rude. They were out of plates, forks and orange juice and coffee was cold. And every time I had to ask him for help, he would get annoyed. Thank goodness there was an older gentleman that stepped in.

Clean and comfortable. Felt safe

Breakfast food and coffee was bad. Probably the worst free breakfast I¿ve ever had. Had it the first morning and then never again. Kind of amazing.

Excellently prepared bacon. Pleased to have reusable dishes at breakfast.

Disappointed at the use of disposable utensils at breakfast. Just a pet peeve.

I loved my room, we were in town for a graduation and there was 6 of us. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing. The beds were nice

Well the sofa bed was so stained it looked like someone died in there. We were not able to check in until almost 5pm when check in is at 4. The person at the desk seemed like she was overwhelmed but never actually showed any empathy.

The public areas were nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Checked into the room. It was 80 degrees in the room. AC did not work. Had to move to a second room. I¿m the second room the fridge had a town pizza box stuck to a glass shelf. Did not inspire much confidence that the room was properly serviced.

The continental breakfast was very good. The room was clean.

Hotel shuttle service didn¿t pick us up as scheduled at the airport and was ¿unavailable¿ the next day to take us back to get our rental. We chose this hotel based on the shuttle service. Very disappointed and expensive to use Lyft at 1130 pm.

The room was sweet, didn't expect a kitchen

The pool needed cleaned. We didn't swim cuz it was so dirty!

Accommodations were above expectations - clean, comfortable and had the necessary amenities.

Convenient. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast.

ceiling too thin/not noise insulated. Could always hear the people upstairs. I'd just get a 4th floor room next time.

The room was very spacious. The front-desk staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good too.
