Sheets stiff and stink. Ac was loud and didnt work well. No pool.

Bed was uncomfortable, water was only lukewarm, shower had no pressure, loud maid cart noises very early in the morning. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was dirty, the windows had greasy smudges on it. The shower was hard to use and the water pressure felt like needles. The bed made an awful sound every time you sat on it.

Location

Valet parking was $40 and it was not easy to find parking so it forces you to valet. Breakfast was $24 and that was not explained when I arrived nor that you have to make reservations for the rooftop bar.This hotel was not worth what I paid.

the parking was expensive and not clear on the site, also, the towels were like toilet paper,,,,,not impressed,,,room was fine

The location and room were really clean. It is within walking distance of cultural centers, the civic center, sporting venues, and great restaurants and night life.

It is our fault that we did not leave a "do not disturb" sign on the front door. As a result, we had the cleaning service knock on our door not only once at 9am before the noon check out, but twice.

Bathroom came with window

38.00 to park told me my car would be in a garage yet it stayed on the street all night for the same 38.00 next to the public meter

Hotel employee made my experience this stay phenomenal. I enjoyed the rooftop bar with my friends and family as well as my room .I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday. It was truly awesome the staff were all accommodating and friendly.

They don¿t have parking , you have to pay 28 dollars to park in a structure. They don¿t give fresh towels or sheets. The staff was rude. The price was not worth it.

1930's era artdeco building very convenient to the Orpheum Theater, Symphony, Nook Kitchen on site has excellent cuisine, with city lights enhanced experience. Valet folks were friendly and helpful as were all staff.

Location was awesome especially if you want to attend a game or venue at Talking Stick Arena. Liked how they kept the historical architecture.

Would probably prefer Hyatt because of hot tub. On a St Patty's Day with a Suns game going on, a street celebration outside the door and a fairly full bar... on a Saturday... the rooftop bar and the lobby bar closed by 11:30. Lovely night. Keep open!

there were no glasses in the bathroom for brushing your teeth, the bartender on the rooftop wasn't good, the tub is pretty high up and only having 1 handle bar IN the shower doesn't help getting out

Love the Location, Building, Staff and being downtown.

Inexplicably in a accessible room, I was set away from the all other rooms, PLUS you had to use your key in an extra door to get to your room- it certainly makes you feel removed - made me think feel chair bound folk are less welcome-

Close to Talking Stick Arena Resort. Beautiful hotel with beautiful and clean guest rooms.

At check-in it was unclear if breakfast was included with the price of our hotel room.

I booked for double beds and they out me in a king. When called down and informed them they relocated us to what we were suppose to have had in the beginning. The breakfast staff was by far the best group of people there.

The whole not happy we will make it right is a joke!! No onsite pool when I was assured there was. Then when I brought that to their attention they told me to call surrounding hotels they might accommodate and let us use pool.

The shower was not clean, it was incredibly noisey all night. They held my bags because they wouldn't let me do a late check out because my ride was running late and they ended up dropping my makeup bag after specifically requesting special care.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

Valet or nearby garage parking only. Could not accommodate our two bed request.

The location was excellent. Lots within walking distance and conveniently located to light rail and busses.

They were in the midst of construction that created a strong acetone odor on our last day there. And staff seemed new and somewhat clueless about the hotel and local events.
