Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Airport

The room! Kitchenette, ice maker, full size fridge.

The kitchen counter area needs better lighting. Like under the upper cabinets. Parking was challenging.

The pillows could have been better. The shower head didn’t spray good. The pullout couch was not comfortable.

It did not have shuttle service going to the airport. I thought it had and that?s my reason why I booked there. I had a bad experience with a taxi service going to the hotel. The staff said no phone service at that tjme either.

24 hour gym, pool, quiet room, and good free breakfast

Strategic location for my trip.

Desk agent lied about my colleague's arrival. Failed to inform me about the parking charge. Tried to charge twice the cost of a snack from their market when prices were clearly posted. I now find my CC has been double charged. Rm coffee pot disgusting!

The airport shuttle which is advertised on their website is no longer available.

Rooms were clean. Nice fitness center.

WARNING: this hotel advertises free shuttle to the airport. They do NOT have a shuttle! To their credit, they did get me a free Uber, but I wouldn?t count on it.

America (hotel staff) was really friendly and helpful.

Had maintenance issues and made 3 requests and it was never resolved.

Price for location.

Staff would not work with us to change dates. Due to Dr. canceled appointment. By 28 days.

Beautiful room, we had a king studio, free breakfast buffet was amazing. We got an unbelievable last minute price!

Everything was perfect except pool hours were 9am until 9 pm

Spacious studio style rooms with kitchen, full size refrigerator & sofa bed. Breakfast had decent options with fresh waffles, bagels etc.

Sofa bed mattress was pretty squished and bedding was somewhat dirty.

The no shuttle service that I wasn?t informed about & not being offered water upon checking in as other guests were offered.

Breakfast was below average for a Residence Inn. No coffee when I arrived. Food was just average. Disappointing to say the least. As I was leaving, I needed my coffee. All they had available was bold brew. Left with no coffee in the morning...

Location to my office, spacious room with many amenities and kind and courteous staff. Will stay there again

Liked everything and will recommend it to anyone coming to Phoenix and needing a quality hotel near the airport

The location was great & near the light rail. The staff were great & very helpful. The room was so spacious & had the kitchenette was such a bonus.

Just some small cleaning areas needed to be touched up.

It was only an overnight stay. The breakfast was good.

The first contact with the front desk person wasn't that helpful. The second person came to the rescue.
