Location to the hospital

They never cleaned my room my during my entire stay. I asked 3 times and nobody came.

Towels & washcloths were ?dingy? and the room needs upgrading. The bathtub needs ?industrial? cleaning.

It was dirty and had human nail clippings next to the bed. We couldn?t even get comfortable and ended up leaving within the hour. Thankfully we live locally and had some where to go.

Friendly staff. The Cleanliness of the room. Room layout.

Nothing comes to mind.

1) Breakfast, 2) comfortable and clean bed, 3) good tv with many channels. 4) good internet signal, 5) clean and comfortable bathroom

1) location; really bad, 2) Shower tub did not drain appropriately. 3) A/C did not cool the room despite lowering temp of the thermostat to 65F, 4) refrigerated drinks at the front desk are super expensive and there were not frozen foods.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, parking ease.

The staff were outstanding! Very friendly, patient, and helpfully - from the front desk to housekeeping!

Friendly professional helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.

Bedsheets looked cleans but the pillows smelled bad. Two of the towels were dirty, not washed :( Toilet was dirty, we cleaned it to be able to use it. Lastly, the breakfast area looked great but smelled gross, there was a stink since the elevator

Room size. Not really hot water for shower. No microwave.

I did not like the old styled rooms dirty and noisy

Caleb was delightful and helpful We appreciated the breakfast being included. Thank goodness for the hair dryer I found in the bathroom.

What was the purpose of charging an extra $25? I am still waiting for a refund that was promised. Now I suppose I have to wait on hold, explain to someone who doesn¿t care and waste my time to try frustratingly to get it back!

Location, close to airport.

Old building , cramped dingy rooms with little to no maintenance. It takes forever for water to clear the bath tub, imagine a family trying to step out at the same time. Would not recommend this place.

It was fairly quiet which is good. It was also clean.

Breakfast options were limited.

The carpets need to be cleaned. We didnt get to check in till 4 they should change the checkout times to accommodate them being under staffed. Bed was not comfortable.

Price was good

Stayed three nights and the hotel never refreshed our towels or emptied trash. Ran out of toilet paper by the third day and had to make my own bed

The location and staff were great. Right in front of Park Central, and with lots of dining options in the area. Easy walking distance to the light rail, with easy access east or west from there.

The shower was cold, and the water slow-dripped all night. The temperature control in the room was too warm and could not be adjusted.

There was no filtered water available in the lobby or at breakfast.
