the staff was Great, the room was average. I had better rooms.

The room didn't have a microwave and didn't have free breakfast for the price of the stay.

Very clean and lovely room

Shuttle service very slow on a very hot night. Very disappointed at lack of follow up when I reported an item I had left in the room and attempted to retrieve it. Very confused and unsuccessful responses to my requests for help.

The rooms were spacious,very clean, with modern decor. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Phoenix.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

To make a copy of a document in the business center, it cost $8.95 to use the computer and then 65 cents per page. Other hotels it is free.

Cost

Dead bolt did not work, tub did not drain, no refrigerator, thermostat did not work, room service did not answer and call to front desk about room service was never returned.

The cleanliness, the courteousness of the staff, and the overall climate of the hotel were exceptional.

Location was very good for us to easily get to either Eastern or Western Suburbs.

Lobby Bar. Bar tender was great, however the bar manager has a policy of not ordering another bottle until the last one is empty. Hence they had at least three stock outs that i observed for various liquor, one of which was my brand.

all was good. even the prices in the restaurant were fair.

Slightly pricey 😕

The staff was incredibly helpful. The hotel was very relaxing and beautiful.

Shuttle to the airport. Provided us personal items we needed since our bags were not with us due to a flight delay. Comfortable and extremely clean and nice. (you get what you pay for since the price is on the high side.)

The food was great. the bartender was super friendly. and the atmosphere was warm. the cleaning person was helpful when I asked for a couple more items. and having the shuttle included for the airport was very appreciated.

towels were like sandpaper. the cleaning person made so much noise letting the toilet seats or covers slam closed so early. the false fire alarm at 6:30 am the morning after our arrival was certainly not something we appreciated and no one ever announced it was a false alarm before we reached the lobby via the stairs. we were disappointed when we returned from the football game that the kitchen and bar were closed down at 11:15pm

Very expensive for outdate room and to book meeting room was unbelievable price I ended up leaving to book in crowne plaza for half price . Plus to pay for wifi in room in ridiculous

Clean and comfy

The manager on duty of friday september 26th 2025 is an unapologetic and shameless liar. She kept me waiting at the airport for more than 2hrs (8:45pm to 11pm). She lied that the driver was stuck in traffic every time i called. Hotel is a 6 minutes drive from the airport. i finally took an uber to the hotel. She was unapologetic nor empathetical. She made my whole experience a nightmare.

It was clean

No advance notice that you have to call for the airport shuttle so I had to wait 1hr in 110F . Very unpleasant. For departure, they are so short staffed that it is the same man who drives the shuttle and acts as bellman to help with luggage and show one to the room, causing a long wait.
