Not convenient streets and the one ways

Our room was freezing so we told the front desk and they will look into it. The parking lot is to expensive..

Clean, organized and close to everything downtown.

The location and close to chase and sun's arena. Downtown had a frys and movie theater. Service of the staff was amazing and amenities were superb.

Parking for hotel guests. There was a parking garage owned with the city of Phoenix. Did expect a voucher for parking or discount. There wasn't any. $20 a day.

The staff was very positive and the room was very comfortable and clean

It is not clearly identifiable as the hotel when driving to it

first there is no available parking. valet only $38/night. the first room we were booked into had not been cleaned. towels on floor, water in tub and dirty bed. we were given another room. electric not working. construction outside window so no sleep

There is a confusion in the you have a big sign that says Marriot Residence Inn and its not so if it two separate hotels you need to make that clear a resin s Inn has things like a Kitchen(hence the term residence ,) this place does not- etc et

The downtown location was perfect.

Noisy air conditioner, staff knocking on the door and waking me, ridiculous valet parking and long wait to get my car back.

Very nice rooms. The location was wonderfully situated close to great restaurants and other entertainment venues.

The Bistro was closed at 11 AM on Sunday morning when we wanted to have breakfast. The information about the Bistro in the room did not indicate that it would be closed. Also, the menu was not accurate and the wines listed were not available.

Rooms were TINY! Smallest room I have ever seen in a hotel. Air conditioner didn't work, so they sent someone up to fix it. We left and came back and had little styrofoam balls all over the room. We checked out.

Great location, amenities and interior design. Look forward to staying at this property again.
