Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix North/Happy Valley

I was really impressed about this hotel. Cleanliness was my number 1. This place was my best. location it’s near everything, malls for shopping restaurants to eat and grocery. I recommended to anyone who’s looking for small day trip to Grand Cany

Honor the room paid for on your website. When I pay extra for a hotel 40 minutes further from my destination that has my preferred ammenities I expect the hotel to hold the room I paid for.

The very courteous and friendly desk clerk is a great addition to the Marriott hotel. The proximity of the hotel to a shopping district and access to Interstate 17. Excellent property.

Superb, Clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Beautiful swimming pool. Great food and wine at managers reception Mon-Wed. Nice guest laundry. All staff very pleasant and friendly. Easy access off I-17. In quiet location but very near retail and eateries.

Bathroom was a little small and bed and not very comfortable.

Location is very convenient to shopping and dining. Breakfast bar is great. Room are very comfortable and well equipped.

Air conditioning system blows very cold air over bed.

Conveniently located near chain restaurants and stores. Hotel was perfect for a 5 day stay- kitchen was ideal.

The breakfast and reception evenings were fantastic. We are a family of 5 traveling on a budget and ate very well for those meals.

The first face we saw was a young lady. She was amazing, helpful and couldn't ask for a better first impression of the Hotel itself. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great.

The hotel has great location and everything I could need. I reall liked the FREE dinner buffet added on top of the Free breakfast buffet. That saved me a small fortune and it is simply nice not to be milked for every $$$ I have in my Pocket.

Some of the front desk staff was very friendly and happy to help out with anything. Those particular staff was above average in performance. There was one very bad apple.Rude,went out of her way to charge me more money, it felt like she was out to get me

Location was perfect. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Near the freeway. Restaurants and shopping center within walking distance. Free hot breakfast every morning and had yummy muffins. Warm swimming pool during the winter. Extra bed sheets and comforter for sofa bed. Kitchen was fully equipped.

One day hot breakfast was not ready by 7am and another day the bacon was over cooked (too hard). Fridge motor was a bit on the loud side at times esp at nt.
