Comfort Inn I-10 West at 51st Ave Phoenix

Breakfast was great and the room was clean and inviting. The bed, OMG, I would have taken it if i could, lol. SO comfy!!!

The outrageous conditions they put on my last days stay. The irrelevant increase in deposit for my last days stay. And now the length of time it's taken them to return my overly charged deposit. Checked out 10/07, it's 10/11 and it's yet to be returned.

Hard bed, no iron and no blow dryer in room

Front desk clerk Me and my family came back to the room after an event about 1am. My key card didn't work. So I tried calling the front desk and went to the desk but no answer. Had to call the choice 800 #. Waited about 30 minutes to get into the room

After one morning at 5am wanting to take a shower, but no water, the next morning it was lukewarm, so showered after breakfast when it finally warmed up. At checkout, no offer for a partial refund. Will likely not stay there again.

Location close to Maryvail spring training.

Carpet in our room needed cleaning. One extra chair in the room would have been great.

Stains on the carpet in the room. AC made a loud annoying squeak every time it shut down. Room was very dated and in disrepair. They were out of towels and wash clothes. The food for the continental breakfast ran out.

This was sad and probably shouldn?t be open.

Everything? From sand in the beds, do broken door locks, stained floors, used toilet paper rolls- the experience was awful

Convenience to the airport. Staff was nice.

Just seemed a little bit outdated but otherwise was fine.

Bathroom was not clean; sink was stopped up and barely drained; shower was dirty, floor was dirty. Curtains were hard to close

My family and I stayed for 4 days and called housekeeping twice for clean towels then called the front desk another 2 times they said we will give you a call back so finally went to the front desk to ask the rude young lady who works as a receptionist

Location wasn¿t horrible.

Was given a room without proper sun drapes. Situation was not properly resolved or rectified. Almost all other rooms in hotel had sun resistant curtains but not mine. Asked for management. Was told we can leave and threatened with security.

I had a horrible experience! First we only stayed one night, but the bathroom was disgusting. It looked like they only threw in clean towels and that was it. The floor was dirty and still has hair on it. Our tv didnt work and they couldnt fix it.

I liked the designers choice and style. The glass showers and huge wooden furniture. The lobby looked chic and welcoming.

I didnt like that it said pet friendly but had upholstery that could easily be damaged. It felt like house sitting.

The homeless were in eating the breakfast. Unacceptable ! They only had one luggage rack. There was trash in the hotel room from the previous guest

Staff was unprofessional. It seemed that we were a bother to them while checking in. No explanation on hotel policy regarding internet, checkout times, breakfast start/stop, etc. Did not attempt to assist me in finding my hotel keys after I checked in.

Staff did not care...never smiled mor welcomed...just people nwho needed a job, doing a bad job.

The stay was horrible the workers where rude and had me wait out side of hotel for 20 min at 10:30 at night with my children waiting in the car tired

Good location to access from freeway.

Heater in room was not working. Bathroom faucet was not secure and wobbled when used. Toilet seat was not attached on one side.

First room had a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom. Shower was dirty. Moved to a cleaner room. Breakfast area looked as if it had not been cleaned in days. Breakfast was grab and go from a dirty refrigerator. Many bags had been opened and raided.

Easy access location off the highway.

The ice machine was not operating on my floor. The front desk was aware, and said I would have to find another floor with a working ice machine. The TV channel box was not operating. Front desk could not get a TV tech out for service on weekends
