Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Room was great and the whole hotel was very clean and beautiful. Perfect location to downtown fun.

beautiful hotel! The rooms were cozy, bedding very comfortable. William at the front desk was exceptional!
The pool area was a bit disappointing in comparison to the rest of the hotel. it was small, dingy, and didn’t maintain the same beauty and quality as the rest of the property.

The cleanliness of the room
Yes. Valley parking charged me twice and I'm still working on it. The charge from hotel differed from what was actually charged.
