Staybridge Suites - Phoenix North I-17

Felt safe

Some staff was rude demanding and bossy was unnecessary. Other than that experience was great.

The size of the suites were very nice, giving us room to stretch out and relax.

The housekeeping staff were impatient and intrusive. All three of my interactions with the lead housekeeper were disappointing as the issues were not resolved and the housekeeper was dismissive. She clearly forgot that she was employed in Hospitality.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved having a good breakfast each morning, good selection with healthy options (Oatmeal). Was surprised how good the coffee was! The room was large, comfortable and clean.

Not really, will definitely stay at the MainStay next time we are in Phoenix.

Horrible nightmare smelled like vomit . Staff was living there as well as illegal aliens ! Felt unsafe like Mexico Bario bums walking around with carts discussing . We should have been paid to stay there !!!!

The AC in our room was blowing out warm air, but the staff moved us to another place with no problem. So it all worked out fine.

one lamp did not work, maybe a burned-out bulb. Eggs were not good. Stopper in the bathroom sink didn't prevent water from draining.

There is nothing that really stands out just maybe more of a breakfast selection.

I was expecting a regular hotel room but when I got there, I had a living room and a small kitchen as well. Great experience friendly staff, breakfast included, security at night time.

The shower could be better.

Elevators

Handicap access rooms were on the fourth floor. They were easy to get to because of an elevator but a long travel from where my vehicle was parked.

The fitness room was great! The dining staff was really good, helpful and friendly. The place had everything I wanted.

Two very small things: the tub drained slowly and the decaf coffee was cold one day.

Hotel staff was rude and unprofessional. The hotel lobby was clean and nice but it was deceiving. As soon as we got in the elevator, there was this terrible smell and all through the halls. carpet was dirty the smell was horrible. Rooms were disgusting

Friendliness of the staff. Social hour and breakfast. Also, the layout of the room. It's a mini-suite.

There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel.

I checked in and went to my room and it had a distinct odor. I went back to the desk and I received a new room. The breakfast buffet is very good. The room was spacious with a kitchen set up.

The TV would have sound but no picture. Also, no hot water in bathroom sink.
