- There were cockroaches. I left a night early because it was so disgusting and the staff had literally no response. I still had to pay full price but it was absolutely inhumane to stay there. They should not be open.
- Charge for damage insurance. My card was actually charged, as opposed to my card being available if any damages were incurred.Refundable yes, but I now pay interest on the $100 charge that was processed.
- Cockroaches. Room was dirty. I was accused in stealing a towel and they didn't want to pay a deposit back . Also I checkout at 7am, but they said the deposit can be returned after 9am, so I had to go back . Businesses like this should not exist at all

The things I did not like. it was nasty it there were stains everywhere on the floors the towels. The toilet didn't even flush The lights would flicker on an off on there own.. an then they want to charge me for a towel I used to clean my shoes..
It was cheaper
The room looked 150 years old, stains all over carpet, stunk like cleaner, tub was dirty, no Kleenex and tv was so fuzzy you could not see the characters.
They moved me to a new room thankfully. Although even that one still had problems. Free WiFi was cool though.
Its in a pretty sketchy neighborhood, but there's no fixing that. The first room they gave me had multiple issues with it such as loud, leaky faucet, missing switchplates, non-working safe, broken TV, drawers had no handles, and other issues.
The staff was nice
Location is in a very bad part of town, very noisy, filthy room, very run down, room smelled bad, continental breakfast ran out of food an hour before time, I paid for 3 nights only stayed 1 night. Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone
