Woman at the front desk was so nice during my late night check in.

It's very minor but my Ac unit made a wired noise. It worked just fine, so it was nothing to complain about.

Honestly everything was amazing , the front desk receptionists were ere amazing and helpful and the room was clean and comfy.

Pool could be a little bigger

The balconies provided fresh air and nice view

The restaurant food was mediocre and overly expensive

Location, clean room. Quiet hotel. Balcony off room was small but a nice touch.

No microwave!!? No breakfast.

When I arrived at the hotel for checking the hotel desk clerk refused us due to not having the physical credit card on hand that the room was paid for with. We arrived before midnight on the 2oth but refused a room. My family and I slept in car.

It was close to the Prometric center as I needed to take a scheduled exam the following day.

I would have liked a microwave in the room, but everything else was fine. The complimentary coffee was good.

Great business hotel. Clean, efficient, seems fairly safe...we had no issues. And pretty quiet with respectful guests as well. We'll stay here again for sure.

Spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice little balcony off of the room. Employee who checked me in was very helpful and friendly.

No complimentary coffee for guests in the common area. They have a Starbucks near the front desk but it¿s expensive. you could make coffee in the room, but you don¿t drink Phoenix tap water so had to buy water if you wanted to do that.

Secure and nice overall hotel

Bed had a real soft spot like the middle was a banana.

Centrally located and of course you can¿t get any closer to the restaurant ¿First Watch ¿ which I love! Hotel was very clean, quiet. Didn¿t hear freeway noise at all.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were compassionate and the pool was good if only a little but deeper

Very quite. Staff was very helpful. Really like the fact that the pool stayed open till 11pm.

They should put soda and snack machines on every floor because ethe little store they have in lobby is very very expensive.

The bar/bistro staff is always awesome

The air conditioning system in the room was not strong enough for the night we even switched rooms thinking it was the unit but the new room still wouldn't cool off.

AC unit sounded like a garbage disposal that was constantly changing pitch. It was unusable and needed because of the traffic noise. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I didn't like anything about it. I booked a room 3 mins after 12am and they couldn't check me in till 3pm where I was looking to stay at 12am and check out at 11am. Very unprofessional.

They gave free waters. And in Arizona and going on long walks, that is really helpful. However, a water bottle refill station would be more environmentally mindful.

I say this about every hotel. There should be quiet hours until 8am. People went screaming through at 630 one more making tons of noise.

I got horrible bed bug bites, found bugs on my bedding, then moved to a room that was just fumigated and my eyes turned ted and i couldn't breath, moved to a third room

Staff was great and my son loved the pool. Cleanliness was good as well

Wish there was children¿s life jackets or pool noodles/toys for kids.

Friendly staff and central location to what I needed.

Other guests were partying loudly well into the night.
