The staff was very Friendly and the spaces to be outside the room are very welcoming.

The pillows were terrible, low quality, there were no vegetables at breakfast, only high-calorie items, and the rooms are only tidied and cleaned every two nights.

Breakfast was great, very well presented. The kitchen staff work tirelessly and they were impeccable... Thr location is nice, the interior design and decor were on point

I didn't like the bed in the room. They would need better bed. Also an 8 fl.Oz bottle of water for $3.00 is absurd. The overall staff was very nice but a couple of them in the night shift will need a little more training in Customer service...

When coming back from a baseball game. Not knowing how to get in. The front desk staff around 11pm was kinda rude when talking us that we need to use our room key to get in. Instead of politely coaching us on how to enter the hotel.

Yogurt and granola good. Great sheets. Great Taco place across Central ave. Staff very nice.

Hot breakfast not great but granola/ yogurt good. No microwave or coffee in room. One tiny micro wave in lobby area. AC unit loud and annoying. $10 for parking but parking lot tiny. TV remote annoying.

I am not given an invoice for the stay inspite of requesting several times in person and through booking.com messages. I still have not received the invoice, without which I loose a huge amount of money

I disliked the customer service from employees, truly disappointed with my stay due to that. First of all check in is at 3pm and we got there at 4pm. Our room wasn’t even ready. Plus we had to wait for it to be clean and ready. No positive attitude whatsoever.

We had a very bad...

Not have hair dryer in room we have to ask them where is it they say in bathroom. Not there not even checking the room before missing items providing service plus not offering hairdryer. Secondly on our first night their alarm went out in middle night we couldn’t sleep we have to come there desk to complain not offering apology to guests before they approach ahead. Need to keep better management!!!
