Lack of cleanliness in the rooms bathroom, nothing concerning, just not expected to see the sewer in the open concept bathroom

The location is great, close to a lot of places to eat and events. Moxy has a super chic feel and the bar has delicious drinks.

No drawers or closet in room.

It was a bit noisy in the morning we kept hearing a bell go off and the elevator making noises

Two gender bathroom

Easy to navigate. Staff was extremely helpful answering questions about the city. I arrived early than expected for my check in and was simply going to drop my bags and wasn't pleasantly surprised, when I could actually check into my room, early. Exception service, all around.

The atmosphere, the room was small but nice theme. The room had big windows looking out to the street.

The bed was not comfortable. The noise of the train going by every 30 minutes or so.

Very nice and cool hotel. You get a free drink for their amazing bar and they even had a DJ playing. Perfect location to catch an Arizona Diamondbacks game.

Cool, funky hotel, great location for the airport and all in all a great stay.

Pillows were awfully uncomfortable, USB charger not working, rooms to swing a cat in, especially on the right handside of the bed - just wide enough to shuffle down.

Night stay for concert, excellent option, walking distance from lost of attractions in downtown Phoenix, the decoration and facilities for the rooms and lobby, are great. Comfortable room

Valet parking very expensive, paid parking is near hotel as an alternative

I had requested a room with a view and I was going to be given a room with no view. They did try to accommodate but I ended up getting a room facing another building. The shower door was broken which made it difficult to shower. Not worth the price, I could have gone to a motel 6 for this price.

Price, shower door, no view like my reservation had indicated. What’s the point of the reservation if you will not accommodate until we arrive?

Facilities are great especially if you’re traveling with a group. Big open common spaces that are comfortable and cool to hangout in. Staff is extremely accommodating and well managed and supported.

My only criticism is…my husband and I used to consult for large international hotel brands. I’m sure the hotel meets the accessibility guidelines because of the Marriott brand. However, we were given a double queen accessible accommodation and I think getting in and out of the bed would be extremely challenging as well as flushing the toilet because of the layout. Otherwise, the stay was magnificent!

It was unique

The room was super small. It was all the way in the back dark area. The front staff took forever to check me in. They were making drinks. Not a good setup at all. We had items we were holding and they took no initiative to help us. It was more of a club hotel feel then a relaxed chill feel. Checked in at 5ish and checked out a 8ish. Didn’t even stay the night. Was way overpriced for this hotel. Will never book again. Tattoos being done as soon as you walk in. That didn’t bother me as much as their lack of customer support

The staff knocked on the door at 10:30am to ask if we were going to check out, I said yes in a little bit. At 11:10am the manager knocked on the door to ask if we were going to check out and I told her yes in about 5 minutes we were packing our stuff at that moment.
