Homewood Suites By Hilton Phoenix Airport South

The location and how clean the room was.

I requested a disabled room and didn't receive but dealt with it.

Friendly accommodating staff. Nice clean pool and hot tub.

In the sitting area under the gazebo. They did not furnish the area with the cushions that needed to be placed on the furniture. I had to create my own cushion by placing pool towels on the seats so I could enjoy reading in a nicely shaded area.

Clean, the pool was nice and staff was great.

Everything was great. We got to check in early, the room was amazing. Spacious, comfortable bed, everything we needed.

The suite we stayed in was fabulous. King bed, very comfy, and a small kitchen area. Free breakfast was excellent and free evening meal Monday to Thursday was unbelievable. Hotel employee went above an beyond for us and the rest of the staff were very friendly.

There was nothing we did not like.

Good hotel close to the airport, about 4 miles away. Large room and very clean with King Bed. Free Buffet breakfast. Has a kitchen. The customer service was excellent. Gentleman at Front Desk was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

AC cannot go lower than 75 degrees, not a problem, but I would have liked it cooler. The breakfast was free, but not very good. I would rather pay for a freshly made breakfast. There is no bar in this hotel.

Shuttle to airport

Fraud and not safe

Comfortable bed, fantastic room.

Front desk staff wasn¿t friendly at all. She had a really bad vibe

Everything was clean and up to date!

i liked everything about it. i wouldn¿t change anything.

The hotel amenities were great.. I always enjoy Hilton brand hotels but this one was exceptional. Hotel staff were very accommodating.

Everything it has to offer!! Terrific Staff!! Thank you!😁 I will be back!!

Hotel was very clean along with the room and the staff was very helpful

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS TERRIFIC. THE STAFF WAS GREAT.

The two-bedroom/bathroom suite was a perfect fit with our family of 7. The room was excellent. I plan on staying at Homewood Suites on our future travels

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was good, however, I don’t eat pork. I was told that they also had chicken sausage, but it wasn’t available on that day. My suggestion would be to have two different types of meat available, because everyone doesn’t eat pork.

I really love this hotel, it is one of the best hotels that does not break your pockets! Very kind staff too.

I did have a problem, the property had me pay at the property also so I got double charged for the room and having a hard time trying to get a refund from you or the property since I double paid

Paying twice

Breakfast was superb and the room was spacious and clean

The staff at the front desk could be more kind

This was our 3rd time staying here. As a place to stay pre or post traveling to Phoenix, it is perfect for our family. Fantastic breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly and efficient staff, nice pool/hot tub. Also, an interesting place to run nearby (cemetery) with frequent spotting of coyote. A short walk or drive to Top of the Rock which is an amazing restaurant. Convenient shuttle to the airport.

location was good, overall experience was good, comfy, quiet, clean

The bathtub getting in and out of the shower was a little slippery, a bathmat inside the tub would have been better help as the tub was not flat but rounded at bottom. but no falls, I had to help my husband in and out. Next time I will ask for accessible shower.
