Front desk service is the worst they lied to me everytime I asked them to please clean my room and never sent no one in the 7 days I stayed they cleaned one time

Room was fine..got in late didn't get to enjoy the pool or room really

WOW is it noisy...trains planes and automobiles...shocked we even slept

The hotel was very clean and located in a beautiful spot. The staff were very friendly.

The coffee/breakfast selection was limited compared to other hotels. Room lighting was odd. If I went to the bathroom and my wife was still sleeping, the bathroom light lit up both spaces. Also, there was no bathroom fan to drown out "bathroom noises".

The location was convenient. very nice work out room. staff was friendly and nice.

refrigerators are noisy. The soap products have a masculine smell. The hotel is getting a very worn tired look. homeless around hotel.

The layout of this hotel is airy and spacious. Clean and friendly. Price is excellent quality is up with the 5 star hotel. I love the rooms. They are Art Novo. Reminds me of the orient style with a Paris twist.

They had bottled water in the room for you to drink but would charge you $6 each should of been complementary

Room very cold hallways. Only employee greeted us with cigarette smoking outside with security. Indoor lobby party going on with DJ and table with swag give aways ?? First look at bathroom sink long curly hair and walk in big sniff of cigarette smoke.

Police activity with an incident outside our room waking us up that went on well over an hour with police arresting someone. Room not clean, stains on carpet and dirty surfaces. Our room was not serviced by maid staff to even empty trash or replace towels

Not far from airport, microwave in room, and staff was nice

The bed was too soft for me. Grout in between tiles could use some extra TLC

The room was spacious & the bed was comfy.

The air conditioner would turn on for a few than kick off & on. I couldn't figure out a consistent temp for it to stay on. The pool had no sun due to the building blocking it. Kind of sketchy area due to homeless people hanging around next door

When I finally checked out since I was charged twice for the security deposit, quite awful execution by your lack of staff's attention to detail.

The price for the lack of amenities in the room was over priced. I was expecting a better experience with a view instead received a brush off by the property but managed to make sure to charge me twice for the security deposit. Was not impressed at all.

The room was clean

In the four nights I was there I had zero maid service

Convenience to the airport

Dining options were limited. This hotel particularly did not have one

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The called an uber for hotel transportation when the shuttle was not running.

No breakfast served. Uber was 40 minutes late picking up for a flight. While that is not the hotels fault, they still state that they have an airport shuttle, which is not true most of the time due to decreased usage. They did pay for the uber.

Awkward/confusing entrance into parking lot. Bathroom floor wasn't thoroughly clean. ( there was a white plastic cap and a piece of foil To a small lid, under the sink)

Nothing. Experience was horrible. They charged my account twice for the deposit and the staff were very unpleasant

The receptionist was not helpful at all

Nothing. Folks in other reviews complained about homeless. They're NOT an issue! Homelessness is in EVERY area of the US. Even upscale areas. So don't use them as a reason not to stay at any particular hotel. Nor why hotels lack their own upkeep.

This is the worst Aloft ever!! Very DIRTY inside hotel! Nasty elevators,dirty hallway carpets & walls. Pool/patio closed. Yet BAR was packed with folks! They CHARGED our CC 100.00 (not put supposed hold). Staff not welcoming at all. Very stand offish.

Bed was so comfy. Loved the modern decor. Close to.airport with a free shuttle.

Wouldn't wander off property, quotes bit of homeless around.
