    Pros +

    • Everything but the young lady we I try in the desk at check in,
    • I did not like anything about this hotel except it was near the DVT airport.
    • Good location.

    Cons -

    • The lady that was working the desk. The general mgr saved the day and was awesome.
    • This is not a real hotel. I don?t even know what to call it. There was a bed the sheets would not stay on. There was a shower. But it was nothing else you generally expect from a hotel.
    • Gave the apparence of a new, nice, updated hotel and you get charged a high rate for that but very basic rooms you'd find in a newer motel 6 - at least they were clean. No ice machine though?

    Good location.

The room was very plain and Spartan looking, with furniture that looked like it was from IKEA. Waaay overpriced for what you get.

    5MelissaPosted on: 3-21-2024

    It was clean.

    No ice machine, no breakfast.

That they called the day before we check out to see if we wanted to stay longer.

I did let them know the lamp did not have a lightbulb but they didn¿t seem to care even after they asked me if our room was missing anything.

    Location

the front desk, he could be less put out to do his job. And it wasn¿t just with it it was with every single person he interacted with. The bedding was dirty, and the bathroom looked 1/2 clean.

Close to freeway and to all the shops. It was quiet

Maybe more soap in the rooms

    6ClaraPosted on: 5-1-2022

The location, we felt safe. That it was newly build

Didn't t see any staff, even security. No shampoo or soap in rooms? Floors looked dirty, hallways and elevator were dirty. No breakfast just coffee.

    4DonaldPosted on: 3-19-2022

    Location, washers and dryers

Elevator not working the whole time, no hot water, dogs allowed, bathroom door swung the wrong way into the room!! Hotel looked cheaply built!!

Read some reviews before booking. And I'm not sure what others are complaining about. I was not expecting the Four Seasons and therefore my expectations aligned with what this hotel was; a clean, conveniently located hotel.

Did not like the fact they had no ice machine (just ice trays in the freezer). Also, while I did not utilize the kitchenette, there were no plate settings or utensils. Apparently I overheard someone ask and were told you could purchase. That's a bit lame.

Very clean , the staff are nice people, a good area located

    1CliffordPosted on: 1-20-2026

Not much. The staff was very nice considering the accommodations.

Where do I begin. No coffee. You have to rent a coffee maker. Room floor was disgusting. The hallway stunk of weed. My bathroom smelled like weed the entire time. Someone in another room must have been blowing smoke in their bathroom fan. The bed was almost like an air mattress. The refrigerator smelled like spoiled food. I had to buy a box of baking soda to place in the fridge to get rid of the smell. A water pipe broke downstairs. Nobody reached out to let me know the water would be turned off for 5 hours. Horrible experience!

    4TrishPosted on: 1-19-2026

    Clean & had comfortable bed.

No utensils, fishes, pots/pans, coffee pot- not even a paper cup. Although you could rent all of this for an additional $100.00 or so, depending on what you wanted. The coffee in the lobby ran out of coffee & was not refilled, even by 7a.m.

It was a standard room not much to boast about.

We checked in at 11pm which was our planned arrival time, there is no night clerk and the doors are locked. You need to use a phone to call an associate that is not onsite, then they tried to contact someone. I waited on hold for 15 minutes then the associate on the phone came back on and said she couldn't get a hold of someone. Someone happen to pass by and open the door for me, they said they worked there but were not working at the time, they got me checked into the room. It was well after 11 at this point. Got to the room and my daughter noticed there was a grocery bag over the smoke detector, I said the past guest must have put it on there. The floor was sticky between the beds, had to clean the floor up with water and a towel and went to bed because my son needed to weigh in for his sporting event at 7am. Checked out the following day, and was charged $250 a day later, i called and they said i was smoking in the room. I told them about the bag and said we do not smoke, the associate said she would look into it and credit us back the $250. I asked if we would get a call back and she said yes, they never called back. I gave it two days and called again because we were not credited the $250 back, I told the person who answered that we were charged $250 and very rudely she replied "well you should have put a bag on the smoke detector and smoked in the room" without asking my name or what day i stayed there so it was evident she knew about the situation. I explained that we do not smoke and told her the bag was on the smoke detector already, she asked why we didn't report it, and I said "there is no one working the front desk at night to report this too and my son weighed in at 7am the following morning". She was very rude, not helpful and just said that her manger is on vacation for a week that she is unable to do anything.
