The people were friendly and helpful

They call it a SUITE hotel but the room had NO microwave...the carpets in the room were heavily stained, the main door stuck in it's frame, the sink drain was semi clogged so didn't drain properly.

Complimentary breakfast was very nice. Brewed coffee and hot water for a variety of teaswere available in the lobby all day

Safety grip bars in the shower would have been very nice.

Teens blasting music on a boombox at the pool. The fact that my company reserved my room for me and the hotel made me open my card for over $500 anyway. Breakfast had watery eggs.

Hot breakfast was good. Location to everything was awesome! Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Not a huge thing but the beds could have been a little softer, not terrible though. It would be nice if there were at least two waffle irons. The line was so long for the one that I gave up most days.

This was my 4th time staying here. Very convenient to shopping & dinning. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

The location was great off of the 17 and near a mall. The desk girl gave me a choice of which floor I would like. This was the first time anyone offered a choice. I thought it was outstanding customer service.

It looked like they were in such a hurry to open the hotel they rushed the finish details. Caulking, sheetrock, fixtures in tub were all sloppy. I know this is overly critical. The staff and cleanliness was great. It was just so obvious I'm noting it.

Staff was fabulous, super helpful! Location was perfect. Room was clean.

Renovations were in progress, so we did have some construction noise one morning. Bathtub faucet was really hard to turn off to prevent dripping faucet. Room was bit small and could use a microwave.

Desk people were excellent and very courteous. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent! Dani at the front desk when we checked in was bubbly and very welcoming. Shout out to her!

Customer service! Amenities were good. Room was spacious but layout was questionable (nitpicking). Pool and jacuzzi looked nice but didn't have chance to use. Gym great! Breakfast good. Lobby area great for team to have after game pizza. Thank you!!

Gentlemen checking me in could have been a little more pleasant. There was a young woman checking in another couple and she told them where breakfast was served, pool hours, and gave them 2 bottles of water. My guy: here are your keys.

Location was close to expressway, shopping, dining, gas, and most importantly, the home of friends we were visiting. Free breakfast and beverages in the morning that was decent. Quiet, dark room. Parking area always had acceptable amount of spots.

Water in the sink and shower felt slimy (water softener or treatment)?) and always felt a residue on skin/hair, bathroom was not as clean or maintained as I would expect. Towels were small and not very soft. Elevator and halls were too warm and stuffy.

I had A LOT of trouble checking in. First there was a locals fee added to my stay. I was told it would be going up to $100 soon for a local to stay there which is outrageous. Then I was given the wrong room.

Cleanliness and all the necessities for taking a shower were already in the room. And the extra fresh towels were a plus. The room was at a perfect temperature when we arrived.

The hotel room was dirty and raw sewage came up through the tub drain in the middle of the night. They didn't seem to care.
