AC Hotel Phoenix Downtown

Very clean and felt safe. Wonderful shower with very hot water.

The lobby is esthetically pleasing. I loved how spacious the seating arrangements were. The room was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was totally enjoyable.

No free parking.

The overall aesthetic and the shopping center behind the hotel the outdoor activities, place was beautiful

Could?ve been more clean in the room like the headboard and lamps otherwise it was nice also the breakfast being 18 per person when it was average

The staff at the downtown Phoenix location are amazing.

The beds could be better, however, not a deal breaker.

No parking, they charged $25 to park in the garage but didn?t tell you until after. Plus the room was not cleaned

In the morning when we get okay up had tiny bites on our bodies I¿m not sure if there¿s bed bugs or spiders

Parking was an additional $30.00 I don't think it was specified that it was an additional fee.

Yes i dis not like be charged $30 a day to park at a hotel im staying at. You already getting paid for hotel noe you want to charge me $30 to park. Wasvstuck to pay it. Will not stay there again under those circumstances.!!@

I could not believe this hotel was only 3 stars. Very modern and nice. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Great location. Stay here!

The air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and woke me up 4 times. I had an important meeting the next day. I was dead tired. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location for anything downtown.

Housekeeping was subpar.

Location for any business or events downtown is fantastic. All the staff were wonderful.

It took 3 requests to get housekeeping to clean my room on the third day of my stay.

Location is really great if you are there for the Convention center or a professional sport team

The room we had was disappointing. There wasn't a closeable door on the bathroom. It was a Frosted Glass barn slider. Everything someone did in the bathroom was audible in the room. The whole room lit up if someone used the bathroom at night.

We had a very good relaxing time. The hotel is newer. The price was very good for what we got. Everyone was very nice. We would stay again .

The only thing that they should look into is the bed. It wasn¿t comfortable to me, it was ok for my husband. The mattress would move if a person was setting on the edge of the bed. It didn¿t have a box spring. It sat on a platform.

First room I was given was dusty and windows and mirror dirty. Second Bathroom was kind of dirty with hairs. Had to Rinse it myself other wise it was okay. One thing I didn¿t like is that had to pay $24 a day for parking that was pathetic very bothersom
