Worst hotel I've ever been in- we left without staying overnight, although we paid for the room. Broken furniture, broken window in this first floor room with bugs crawling inside. Peeling caulk around the bathtub and sink, and peeling pain inside.

The pool and staff oh and the suite. It was great stay!

One room was perfect and the second room stunk like rotten moldy wood. Of course that was the only ground floor and my dad being a 87 yr old Vet can not walk or crawl up the stairs since their is no elevator.

Friendly employees, best price in town for the quality, fridge, TV set, comfortable bed, location, cost.

Minor thing, but maybe more sports channels LOL? However I?m not in the room that much at all, and having those would likely drive up the cost.

The bathroom didn't have a fan/vent, it got a little too hot and muggy in there. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

room felt very icky and dirty. walls were dirty, night stand was sticky, towels were very old and scratchy. overall I'd say the place was YUCKY!

The hotel was not what it looks like on the pictures. The rooms are very old has a bad smell. False advertising on their website. I was not pleased.

The appearance of the room very old needs to be renovated.

It had the old fasion room key not the electric ones that work about half the time. It was quiet.

The tv was on when we checked in. I was not able to get it to work again after turning it off. It had very low water pressure. The bed had no blanket, just a sheet and a comforter. There were no hand towels, wash cloths, conditioner, lotion, or ice.

Nothing. This place should be condemned!

Hotel only takes cash. No Hot water entire stay. Blood on walls and mattress. Rusty tub. Filthy floors. Holes in walls patched with wet toilet paper. No soap (not that a shower was possible). The manager was combative with every guest there.

Upon arrival I was told they do not accept any payment besides cash. I made reservation for a two bed room and all they had was a one bed room. The hot water heater was broke = no hot water was available in the entire hotel.

Worst hotel experience ever.

This facility was newly renovated in the last year and had more comfortable beds than our own home. It was in the town we had a wedding event at.

The room did not have cups and when I spoke with the manager he stated it was an oversight from normal practice. It did have water bottles and good facilities for home office stuff. I recommend this motel.

Only thing good was that it wasn't far from the River that's it.

The room was absolutely disgusting. There were cigarettes, cigarette ashes, trash, and dead roaches all over the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned and there was urine stains all over it and there was major dust on everything. Worst hotel ever!!

The property was clean and quiet. The staff was so nice. The pool was beautiful.

The bathroom needs an update. Staff told us the new owner has plans to renovate all the rooms. It's a small business so this will be done over time. Understandable. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again.

The friendly staff! Ladies were very nice, especially on a busy day.
