Absolutely nothing

Dirty, disorganized, noisy. Absolutely awful with the exception at front desk for check in.most definitely no better than a 1 star property and that would be generous

This is a well-kept motel. Nothing fancy, but everything worked. Nice front desk staff. I left a jacket in the room upon checkout, and they kept it for me until I returned a week later. A great restaurant is next door.

The friendly staff. Cleanliness. Location. Breakfast. Pet friendly with great places to walk them.

Didn't stay long enough.

In the description we received breakfast which gave me the idea that there would be a hot food provided or at least a protein. Maybe the words should be Continental breakfast

Room was clean, chairs were old and worn, lamp shade was broken and was repaired with hot glue gun (failed). Breakfast was so-so. I went to the excellent dinner right next door the second morning. I even picked up the wi-fi from the hotel there .

Beds were worn and need replacement. Hotel had the run down look all the major chains seem to have now. I was not impressed with the hotel in general. There was not a huge choice in the area.

It's a decently maintained 2.5 star hotel. All the staff I encounter where pleasant, decent free breakfast.

There was some little things but I expected that for the price range of hotel/star rating I chose. I know it's not a 5star resort

When we checked in was asked whether we wanted upstairs or down. That was very much appreciated as there is no elevator.

The front desk was very friendly

Shower had no water pressure. Hair left in shower from previous customer. Hotel needs updating, but didn't effect our stay

Location was rhe best part for me

Room 110 they always stick me in weekly has a huge gap under the door, I have to put a towel down to cover it or lots of bugs come in under the gap. Not just small ones, big ones as well

They keep giving me a room with a big gap under the door so bugs come in. I have to put a towel there to keep bugs out

Staff not courteous for 4 star hotel. When I run out of napkin, answer was there are none. I had to get some at bar myself.

Swimming pool crowded by children. Impossible for swimming.

Television didn't work despite front desk coming and setting it up once. It didn't work in the morning.

that it was available in an area with few lodging choices. It was not a nice room but was pretty clean.

I didn't like that the breakfast was Nutting but cheap food with minimal nutritional value. I didn't like signs everywhere asking for tips.

Walking distance to restaurants. Colorado River just a drive away with beautiful scenery.

Staff Customer Service was great

Parking fills up quickly and if you arrive late you may have to park across the street.

It was very clean. We felt safe being 2 woman. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave

The bathtub was stained. Didn¿t look nice to sit in
