Located 30 minutes from downtown Phenix, Arizona and 15 minutes from Firebird International Speedway, this hotel features an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Free WiFi is offered. Hyatt Place Phenix Chandler - Fashion Center offers suites equipped with a cable TV and a refrigerator. A work desk and sofa bed are also provided. A fitness center and a business center are located on site. Free parking is available. Chandler Fashion Center is a 5-minutes' walk from the property. Phenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 30-minute drive from the hotel. In pursuit of maintaining our high standards, we will be undergoing renovations throughout our common areas starting November 1st, 2022 with anticipation of completion of January 7th, 2023. Work will be performed weekdays from 9am-5pm, with limited disruption to our amenities offered.

Pros +
- Staff is so friendly, helpful, exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Close to many restaurants, shopping in Hotel employee at the front desk, were delightful!
- Location and amenities. The breakfast is awesome!!!
- I loved the rooms and the patio! And they are SUPER welcoming to pets and service dogs!
Cons -
- Not a thing!
- I did not care for the entrances. Theres only one way in that was usable.
- We needed to move a little bit the beds and it was disgusting (dirty overall: food, dust, bugs, etc), + food on the fridge and dirty cloth on the closet. I talked to front-desk and there only solution was to give me a broom for me to clean!!
