Embassy Suites Jonesboro Red Wolf Convention Center

The location was nice with a big parking lot.

The pull out bed was not clean, and did not have blankets and pillows for it. Called room service multiple times and took over an hour to get them. This was the most expensive room in the area and think it should have been better!

Location and staff were pleasant.

College athletes need to have their own private meal hall.? Both mornings, no food available at the breakfast buffet and lots of people frustrated. Lots of marijuana being smoked in the parking lot.?

Clean, quiet and cool. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff was excellent and friendly. Very clean room.

The pool never seemed to have towels all weekend. And both mornings the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and couldn't keep the food stocked or tables clean.

The room needs a night light to allow movement without turning on bright lights when navigating to the bathroom at night..

We booked this room as a handicap room. Was not a roll in shower nor did it have adequate safety bars in the shower. Toilet was low with no support bars for assistance.

The fact that due to a massive hurricane and flooding that can be seen across every news channel they still expected me to drive through it to get to them. 14hrs away. Don't book unless it is the same day! No refunds or exceptions

The hotel was clean and modern and offered an evening reception which was great.

I was charging additional $75 for one pet, which is fairly insane considering the room was only $150. I understand having a deposit but upon inspection if the pet left no damage it should be returned to the pet owner. Many people travel with pets.

The hot tub was not hot only like warm on the Saturday and then Sunday it was closed. The hot tub was the reason I picked the hotel.

The best feature of this hotel was its staff! They were so helpful, kind, and quick to meet any needs that my family had. Also, our room was extremely quiet, and we slept very very well.

The only difficult moment happened when we went swimming, and there were not enough towels for the guests. Granted, this was during the eclipse, and the hotel was sold out, so I totally understand the issue. I¿m sure this will not happen in the future

Complimentary drinks & snacks at the lobby bar early in the evening was nice. Our group always met for a few before heading into the restaurant.

It was convenient and nice. I liked that it was spacious,I loved the free breakfast. I loved the fact that it had a Jacuzzi,pool and gym. I ended up starting my monthly on the first night... so I only got to enjoy the gym. Other than that it was a nice.

The trash cans were so small,the hotel restaurant was high and the food wasn't the best.The shower leaked water all over the floor and the ... I notified housekeeping, and was told they were aware.They were kind enough to ask If I wanted to switch rooms

The complimentary breakfast is an enormous event. Lots of different foods to select. Very friendly staff serving breakfast. Loved the pool and hot tub

There is a very off putting smell permeating the entire building. Staff should check the pull out sofa when cleaning. There was old food on the carpet under the sofa. The mattress cover on pull out sofa bed was dirty and we had to request it be changed

VERY nice hotel VERY clean. VERY polite staff. Nice restaurant. NICE pool.

Embassy Suites in general are great hotels. The layout is cool and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably.

I was very surprised at the lack of cleanliness of our room this time. Maybe it was just an off day for some of the cleaning staff. Not like my usual experiences with Embassy Suites

The rooms are great, clean and spacious and the breakfast is great.

The carpets in the hallways could use a cleaning.

Every thing was perfect. We arrived a little early and no problem checking in.

Lobby area does not have free coffee. If dinning is not open you have to buy Starbucks. On weekends you can not serve yourself from the breakfast bar.Some people I'm sure are good with it. But I like to see the quality of the food before chosing.
