Hampton Inn Siloam Springs

The friendly staff and good warm breakfast. We needed to change for a 1pm wedding ceremony in Springdale, and they were able to give us one of the 2 rooms so we could freshen up.

The broken elevator!!! It was fixed then it was broken again. The coffee at breakfast should be a bit better than the one served all day at the entry area.

the double bed rooms do NOT have fridge or microwave! this is very hard when traveling and preparing your own food.

The atmosphere of the lobby was very nice. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The bathroom was spacious with a great, hot shower. Bedding and mattresses were very comfortable.

Our room #307 had a poor view of the roof top and we could hear some loud conversation from outside, as a few employees had a smoke break. The sleeping area seemed small in relation to the bathroom. Broken clock and window blinds.

Hearing people walking on the floor above me and doors slamming. Walls are too thin.

Breakfast was great. Staff amazing. Within walking distance to restaurants, Walmart, planet fitness and more. To go travel bags with apples, oranges, banana and water was a nice touch.

The free breakfast was so good. Not the basic cereal. They have fresh breakfast potatoes, omelets, oat meal and more.

Issue with the hot water in our room and heather but they took care of it in less than 20 minutes.

There was a lot of hairballs and other debris in the indoor pool. The pool room was warm, but the water was cold.

The room was very hot. The thermostat seemed to be defective. We had already asked for a refrigerator, and we¿re made to feel like a burden. It was late, so we were too tired to change rooms. The front desk was not very friendly.

The queen mattresses in our room were horrible. My hips were killing me every morning from sleeping on it.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, great location, and breakfast was good considering the current "pandemic".

We did arrive 30 minutes before check-in time, and was told the room would not be ready for at least another hour, which put us behind to get to a scheduled event that evening.

Beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloys. Room was nice, no mini fridge. Pool was nice, indoors. Breakfast was different because of Covid. It had an apple, apple juice, hard boiled egg, sausage biscuit. A microwave was made available to heat it.

There were some blower thing coming out of the building and would sound like a car backfired every couple of minutes.

Staff was really great. They give me a new card with no charge when one of my room key was defected.

Everything was great but my mom thinks It will be great if they offer a mini-fridge and microwave to all their rooms. :)
