The room stunk and the bedding was damp

The staff is very nice and helpful.

There were wet spots on the bedspread when we got there. The refrigerator didn't work either and was leaking water.

Nothing. Stale food, remote didn't work. Dirty.

Remodel job looked like a cheap, run down room.

The vinyl plank floor in our room! The pool right outside our door!

Had most definitely been a smoking room at one time.. Employees smoking right outside our room..

Location

I was rented room 22 and entered the doorway and a man was in bed yelling at me. I could have been shot or injured due to this mistake. I went to the office and the staff told me there is nobody in the room and I explained yes there was.

The location was great for my purpose.

The sketchy people outside, the fact that I went to breakfast at 7 AM and there were no breakfast items remaining available.

The room was a great price in a great location. I look forward to staying there in the future.

The only issue was a previous guest burnt popcorn in the microwave & every time we used it you could smell the burnt popcorn.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable bed, no bugs/pests at all, and the air/heat worked as anticipated.

Outdated, with a few things, like drapes that need replacing. Yet, this is expected for the price. I¿m not sure why we were on the side of the hotel that does not have grass when traveling with a small dog, but maybe that side was being renovated.

Why even offer breakfast if it's going to be cold eggs and watered down orange juice? Exhaust fan was exposed and showed a slew of nicotene tar. This is at best a 2 star hotel for a 3 star price.

Definitely not a 2.5star hotel actually not a hotel at all motel all rooms outside. Room 1 had exposed wiring and mechanical in bathroom and missing fire detector room dated. Ice maker not working on my floor. Given another room same issues. Did not stay

Staff was friendly.

Shower was unusable unless you held it in your hand. TV remote only worked when it was within 3 ft. of the TV. Comforter has cigarette hole burns in it.

The bed was good and the room was clean. Fresh sheets everyday and no bugs that I seen.

The only thing that I didn¿t like was the fact that the refrigerator was not plugged in and that the lamps would only work half of the time.

Breakfast is missing several items.

The location of the hotel was perfect for where I needed to be.

Ice machine was not working and freezer part of mini fridge was iced over and unusable.

I did not stay at the hotel. The supposed nonsmoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. When I called it to the clerk's attention, she basically told me to take it or leave it. I left it. I will not be using your services again as your rep backed the clerk.

The poor customer service along with the smoke in a nonsmoking room. They did not deliver what I paid for, yet you/they refused to refund my money. I was treated rudely by the clerk at the hotel as well as your representative when I called to complain.

We wanted a king bed Non smoking. We always get non smoking there we¿re not any available!!!!!!!!!! We had two double beds in the room. Terrible mattress!!!!! Won¿t stay there again!

Door lock broke and got locked in room for a hour. Maintenance was very rude and some other guests were the ones that got us out
