Hampton Inn & Suites Pine Bluff

The staff were all very welcoming and had great energy. The breakfast was excellent. Pine Bluff Hampton is a must stay!!!

The hotel was in an excellent location. There were several fast food options (Subway, McDonald’s, Arby’s and Chick fil A) near us as well as a Chili’s. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

I wish there was a hot tub.

Room needed a deep cleaning. Shower was poorly configured wuth the door and soap dispensers located under the shower head

The location of where it was built is very different and secluded.

Hotel employee was very friendly, going out of her way to make us feel welcome. Hot, fresh cookies to greet us. Although an older hotel, it was CLEAN!

Housekeepers were not discreet in what they were talking about.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff we encountered were welcoming, warm and friendly. The room was comfortable and well appointed.

It seemed like the pool closed early, we didn¿t arrive until 8:30 pm and it closed at 9. After traveling all day, the children were a little sad about not having time to swim, but otherwise was a good stay.

I like the hotel and the location. It was clean except for the ants.

My room had ants in it. I reported it to the front desk and she said she would report it. I haven't heard anything from them yet.

The staff very friendly. My room was in good condition thanks to Hotel employee. The Hotel Supervisor made sure everything needed was provided. Breakfast was always on point. I don¿t have her name, but she¿s from Louisiana. I appreciate the kindnes.

Everything was well. Done in excellent. Very good experience.

Hotel accommodations reasonable for Hampton Inn.

Hotel charged my credit card for $141.87 when accommodations were paid in advance. I called to address. Person responding could not assist with refund. Advised that sales manager would do so next day when she arrived at 7 a.m. No apology offered.

Room is clean.. staff is great, very friendly houses keeping lady¿s an the the lady running breakfast in the mornings is just as nice.. best hotel in pine bluff!

Everything was great

The staff was so warm, friendly & professional. Breakfast was great. The hotel was esthetically beautiful and the location was great.

Only that our bathroom door did not close properly. To be fair, we didn¿t report it until the next morning.

The staff and location was nice. I was surrounded by plenty stores. I love the whirlpool!!!
