I didn't like that my room wasn't serviced due to it being a holiday. But I still had to pay the bill for bad service or not. That's crazy

The water too high in the toilet

The vent in the bathroom didnt work. Also, the fold out bed was very uncomfortable. For the price I believe breakfast should be offered.
My stay was fine, the customer service from both booking. com and holiday inn were horrible.
There was mix up on booking. Com and I was booked for the wrong night ( I booked the reservation in the hotel parking lot). The clerk said don't worry about it I will not be charged. I stayed one night ( the night I thought was booked ) and charged the 2nd night as a no show. I got no refund and a oh well sorry about that. I believe my time with booking and Holliday inn has come to an end
It was new
With it being a new building and only been open for a couple of weeks our carpet in the room had a big nasty stain on it. The noise at night from the other guests was ridiculous. You can hear their music and their whole conversations. They woke me up an hour after going to bed.
