Motel 6 Morrillton, AR

The staff was rude, i was told that i didnt have a room even with a reservation. My room was dirty, my tv didnt work, coffee pot didnt work. No towels or wash cloths and no one ever manning the desk. Had to call his cell phone for service

I liked that the mattress had a mattress cover. The location was close to where I was visiting.

Some of the towels were dirty-looking. There were stains on the bed skirt and mattress cover. It was unprofessional that the two employees talked in their native language when discussing something in front of the customers.

The parking lot was scary, with a fence saying stay out and a car blocking entrance then when I walked into hotel it smelled like a rotten mouse, the pool was closed so we decided not to try to stay

Worst place I have ever stayed. Refused first room altogether as I have never seen bedding so stained & filthy & towels were dingy, old & threadbare. Outside trash cans were overflowing. Paid for two nights and stayed one--couldn't get out fast enough.

Staff were helpful and worked to ensure I had a suitable room.

It had a smell of mildew. The rug was very old and stained.

Key didn¿t work. Had to get help 2 times third time attendant came and we had to change rooms. Didn¿t like the ratings of Morrilton hotel. That one reason , besides discount price, Noise was bad Business from outside window. Just bad stay

It would be nice to know if rooms are inside or outside( because I am a woman). The hotel was very clean, however the carpet was wet and needs replacing. Since the weather is changing it would be a good idea to have a blanket in the room.

The discounted price should be the regular price. This hotel is worse than a motel 6. Its not a vacation place and you can tell it’s a family ran hotel. Comforters and linens need updating nasty wet carpet needs to be ripped up and replaced.

The room was very clean. It also had updated appliances. The hair dryer was new.

No complaints.

Clean room, good value, quiet.

Room was on the cramped/small side even with just a queen size bed. Guest laundry is available but very expensive.

Lost power in part of the room overnight but staff got it back on as soon as we told them.

Only complaint was that the coffee pot was not working and the replacement they provided was missing a lid which caused hot coffee to spill all over my hands.

Did not stay booked an accessible room but was given a room upstairs.

Front desk was rude upon check in, only room availability was upstairs, decided not to stay at the motel.

Rooms were are very small but has plenty of pillows and a nice pillow top mattress

Arrived in the evening and the front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly and if you asked any questions she got very rude.

Friendly, breakfast was good, price was good, and pool was great!

the room was fine. bath/shower was newly remodeled and clean TV and channels worked well A/C on low was quiet

outside of building badly needs refreshing, painting and landscaping.

Location and ease to town and state park.

Wi-fi messed up alot

It was located between a gas station and a great Mom & Pop Restaurant with other restaurants nearby as well. The staff were very nice. Not very chatty, but polite and helpful.

Bathroom had be updated, but was not done very well. Room was dirty with live and dead bugs everywhere. Carpet was very dirty. The A/C was so moldy the entire room smelled like mold and I left the windows open all night to try and air it out.

The rooms were updated. Television had lots of channels.beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent. ( see negatives) pool was open. A.C. worked well

Staff were not overly friendly. Outside of property was not very nice. Dated. Ice machine was pretty spotty. Breakfast was not stocked often. So late comers got much less to choose from. Like at 7. Rooms are small.

Great interstate access, friendly staff, clean newly remodeled room, acceptable complimentary breakfast.

Only complaint was the bathroom size...tiny toilet, tightly fit between wall and tub.

This property is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. And there is a little Mom and Pop breakfast restaurant adjacent that is very good. The staff are matter of fact, and do what they will say. There is truck parking for about 8-10 trucks
