Location, also the breakfast was great

My friends that I was traveling with had a bad experience with her room

Pool was closed with no advisory on the website; there were no vending machines except first floor;everything was shabby and deferred maintenance; breakfast items kept running out even though there were not a lot of guests.

Dirty carpet. Pool was closed. Workers were not friendly.

Great location, good quality for the price

The hotel furnishings appeared beat up a bit, needs furnishings replaced by elevators where tabletops are peeling and warped, as well as similar furnishings in rooms

We were in town for a funeral. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel was close to everything, and it easily accessible from the interstate.

Lobby was nice. Evening desk attendant pleasing.

Carpets worn/frayed. Furniture same way. Breakfast cold with no way to warm. My wife fell in tub. Informed the overnight attendant and asked for a shower mat. His response was anything else. Didn¿t get one. Told day attendant. Nothing. ER trip.

Clean and very nice hotel.

I booked my room early for a shower. My brother had knee replacement and needed a walk in shower. He could not get into a tub.

The location was perfect for our needs.The Hotel offered free breakfast and that was a plus.

This Hotel needs to be updated. The carpet in our room was so old and it had stained footprints all over. We won't stay there again until it's had a makeover.

It was okay quiet and beautiful.

The beds were not as comfortable as others. The breakfast was lacking compared to another we stayed at the day before.

Well kept and clean in all areas. Staff was very welcoming and professional. Check in was quick and easy.

Clean, safe, location close to shopping and food.

Walls are the thinnest I have ever experienced. People next door seemed to be talking in a regular voice throughout the night and we could hear every word.

Had room on third floor and there was constant humming noise from machinery or something apparently on roof.

The beds were hard and rooms don’t match the pictures on the booking site very small rooms I paid 155 dollars for one night and I would of rather stayed somewhere else the quality of the rooms need to be upgraded
