The hotel was very clean and the lighting in and around the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I am so glad we chose this hotel over the other hotels in the area. Breakfast was excellent and very much needed after a long trip

NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES PROVIDED. TRASH WAS EVERYWHERE, IN HALLS AND OUTSIDE THE FRONT ENTRANCE. THERE WAS ZERO HOUSEKEEPING STAFF AVAILABLE DURING AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS. TRASH WAS EVERYWHERE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. CLOCKS WERE NOT RESET.
This was the most comfortable stay at a property that I've had in a LONG TIME! My daughter passed away and I was under tremendous stress trying to gain custody of my 3 grandchildren and I had to extend my stay and they were awesome with accomodating
From the staff to the rooms and hot breakfast. All time favorite as I travel for a living this is one place a I will always stay coming through to Tennessee.
Overall clean. Friendly staff, has breakfast, but could not partake since delft before 0630
On 1st level, bright lights shine into room, basis-level black out curtain could not come close. Room bright.
