Friendly Staff...clean rooms

No rubber mats for tub...making showering difficult for anyone especially someone like myself (disabled)...I almost fell. This is a safety issue. If no mats available..slip guards should be permanently placed in tubs

Door did not lock. Was charged twice after booking online.

Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast had adequate selections. Breakfast staff did great job keeping it fresh.

Pets whining. Guests playing music just a little bit loud after midnight.

Didn't have breakfast, we had to leave early.

Was a little too noisey. We were on top floor, and there must have been equipment on roof I could hear. Refrigerator made noises and we heard I-55 even though we asked to be in the back they put us in the front.

It was brand new.

The elevator was not working and I wasn't told until I started the transaction (I traveled with a senior citizen who unable to climb stairs). Manager's attitude was nasty, no price adjustment for inconvenience, or offer of fix the situation; I was going to stay anyway due to being tired until the final price was more than quoted online. Multiple OSHA violations. Choose another hotel.

Everything and everyone was beyond my expectations!!

No wheels chairs for elderly, no turkey or chicken for breakfast

Our room was perfect in all aspects. The front desk assistant, Ms Jones, was exceptional!

Cleanliness staff is super friendly and nice

Obviously it is a new hotel, but the attention to details, such as making sure everything worked correctly, displayed a profound amount of attention to detail.
