Hampton Inn Harrison

Clean,comfortable, great staff & affordable

Amenities were advertised but not available (pool, gym)

Clean, comfortable and affordable.

Amenities were not available (swimming & gym)

I got no information about the pool and hot tub being closed until I got there. I would've booked a different hotel had I known this

There was no pool and had not been for some time, even though your site said there was. I only booked this room because of the pool.

clean

no pool or hot tub as advertised , no phone in room

excellent breakfast and waitstaff. The people were all friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool was not and operation appeared to be in repair. The carpet on the 3rd floor was really stained a lot.

The breakfast was excellent. A large variety of choices available. Also the morning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pillows were not comfortable. I prefer a firm pillow and they were very soft.

Very clean and comfortable. Our room was handicap accessible and met our needs perfectly. Breakfast had several choices and was very good.

Everything was nice.

Staff is very helpful, rooms very clean, and breakfast is so good.

They went above and beyond after an issue was called into them.

1st sheet did not fit the bed but they corrected and made it right. Also brought up a care package. Road construction was a pain in the area.

Close vicinity to eating establishments and to interstate. Quiet and comfortable. Older room decor but clean.

Carpet is due a cleaning.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great hot breakfast

Hot tub was not operational; queen size beds were uncomfortable

Clean and quiet. Uptodate room furnishings

Sink was stopped up ugh.

The staff was super friendly and the hotel overall was nice and quiet.

The beds were a little more firm than I like and and the breakfast was not what we expected based on online information. These were just personal preferences though and nothing really horrible.

Very clean, spacious, delicious breakfast, helpful staff

Very clean! Good breakfast. Great staff

Great location, good staff and very clean.

I stayed on a weekday and they mixed bacon and egg in breakfast. Unfortunately we don¿t eat bacon and have to skip it and stay with waffles ¿¿, can¿t call it as continental BF. Other than this 1 drawback every thing elsewhere great.

Such a nice staff, great breakfasts, very clean room.

No not at all

Location and Cleanliness

Bed mattress was not comfortable.

Very clean and the indoor pool and hot tub was open just one family at a time. Also they served hot breakfast and it was delicious!

Price was still too high for this area
