Quality Inn Harrison North

It was clean, the Continental Breakfast was great. People were friendly and we were able to check in on time.

The bed was so comfortable...no backache in the morning how nice. The pool was crystal clear and clean.

Great location, very accomodating.

There was no elevator. Not a big deal for me, but tougher for a 75 year-old.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice.

This hotel must still have smoking rooms or a lot of people that smoke in the rooms. The hallway smelled of smoke and the towels had a faint smell of smoke. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

Was not ready for our arrival at check in time and our air conditioner was really loud.

We booked a King size bed but instead were given a double bed room. I showed them my confirmation email and the clerk said there was nothing he could do because it was on his computer as a double. No help. There was no refrigerator in the room. More bad.

No elevator and they seemed to be placing all the elderly upstairs. 70 and 80 year old shouldn't have to drag their luggage up stairs. Food started running out an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over. Room was a little old for this price.

Tub was slippery when showering. Too many stairs.

It's had a two entry room. We had easy access to the room from the parking area. And with the inside entry room we could exit it and go directly down the hallway to eat breakfast.

It had a two entry room. It was more scary at night to hear everything right outside the door that leads to parking area.

Convenient location, friendly staff

Shower head was not so great, metal platform for the bed squeaked and made noises when anyone moved in the bed! And the metal circle outside of the door in the sidewalk was loose and raised and I nearly tripped on it.

Good rates. Great staff. Good breakfast. Door keys hard to use. .i liked it.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The lady that keeps the breakfast area under control (Valerie I believe) is an amazing representation of the hotel and definitely starts the morning off with a smile. My kids adored her, as well as the other fella, which I'm assuming was the manager. All in all, great people that make the hotel shine.

The price was a little upsetting, and the room's build quality could be a tad cleaner. The room itself was clean for the most part, it's just the build quality and remodel that took a hit sight wise. Housekeeping could be slightly more careful with the cleanliness of the room.
