It was quiet

Heater and swimming pool didn’t work. That’s why I booked with you to get a swimming pool. Room had a dirty black sock on the floor. Toilet was very low to the ground. Hard to find staff. No elevator for second floor.

Our room was hot when we arrived/ ac unit had not been turned on. Horrible oder. On second floor/ no elevator. That’s rough at 70 years old and 100*heat. And tub was a jacuzzi that you had to step in to use the shower.

Not much

There was no soap of any kind in the room,very noisy door slamming people arguing out on the walkway..office did nothing. Unfortunately we had to book another night due to my father's heart surgery.

I had just went through a house fire and things were very stressful me my problem I know but the manager was very short with my family /me too it was she got mad because I could read her mind I could ask her a ? And she would look at me like I stupid like

location. I'm a Razorback baseball fan and it is less than a 5-minute drive to Baum Stadium via backroads. My shower drained slowly initially but the maintenance crew fixed it quickly!

Easy freeway access and good floor layoout

Breakfast was subpar - Wyndham was better. Quick test for me is whether a hotel has real butter for breakfast or Soy margarine - Wyndham has butter and well cooked sausages and eggs; Best Western does not.

Bed was hard and water pressure was low

Great location, super nice staff overseeing breakfast, and overall good experience. Motel style entrances, but I actually prefer that sometimes.

Older but remodeled nicely.

It was clean. In an easy location.

Not enough pillows or wash rags. Woke up to the sound of the neighbor puking so the walls are thin.

Price was way to high for what they offer. Rooms are just OK, bathrooms are not great and was dirty. Breakfast was not great.

Very clean, quiet, close to everything we wanted to do.

The pool, breakfast and the room were all great! The MORNING front desk lady was GREAT AT HER JOB, the cleaning staff was kind as well.

TERRIBLE STAFF! Young man at the front desk was so HORRIBLE! We're nice people yet this man was as rude as he can get! Tried calling to book a room 3X: was immediately hung up on by him.. A member of the breakfast staff was also unhelpful and rude!!

Location, room decor and amenities - fridge, micro, pool. Breakfast was hot and tasty.

The bathroom had hair all over it. I did tell the front desk when I checked out.

Location and breakfast was excellent. Didn't swim but the pool and surrounding grounds was great.

Room was a bit dingy found lost items under side of bed. Sheets smelled too bleached.

tiles above the bathtub in the bathroom move to the side and you wonder if you¿re being watched by camera. When we turned on the bathtub after it was filled we decided to turn the Jacuzzi button -giant giant clump of hair shot out. Do not book here. RUN

The location near the end of the Razorback Greenway is convenient.

The smell of the room was almost overpowering. I do not know if it was disinfectant due to covid but it was horrible. I went to get breakfast 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and the staff said they were out of fresh food! Grab bags only!
