Front desk Gave us keys to an already occupied room!! Dark rooms Strongly smelled of cleaning solutions unpleasant. OVERLY PRICED for type of room and service!! Price gouging for a specialty event

the smell of mildew as you walk into the room. each day someone, probably cleaning staff, tried to come into the room while I was there but i had the door jam so they didn't come in the room all the way. it scared me. breakfast was only toast & yogurt

Days inn has greatly improved over the last year and has remolded lobby and and rooms are much nicer than before. Room was nice and staff was friendly.

Would have been nice to have a table and couple chairs in room to eat at.

There was a strange man beating on our door at 1am. Had to threaten to call the police to make him leave. Front desk did not seem to care. Cleanliness was not their priority either, dirty shower and dirty bed sheets. Will never stay here again.

Numerous flies and roaches. Carpet and chairs were filthy.

Its convenient location to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. I'm always grateful for a pool.

The attitude of the innkeepers. They were mostly polite, but too cold and apathetic to be called gracious, hospitable hosts. There is much more to the hotel hospitality business than taking someone's money, giving them a key and providing the IT password.

Nothing beds were hard it was dirty when we got there had to wait 30 mins to get checked in bc of staffing, breakfast was a joke. Left once came back my key woukdnt work.

Bottom rooms. Staff help us get our son tablet to us when we left hotel to head home. He got it right away and kept it save so we can turn around to come get it.

The room I had collect puddle water at the door when it rains room 113. That door is very hard to open

It was an adequate experience for rating. Room had been remodeled, and was pretty good, except it needed better vacuuming and the walls needed some work in bathroom. The outside of the room needed a lot of work.

It was clean and quiet. The breakfast although limited was good.

I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded

They gave me 4 different dirty rooms and wouldn't give me a refund so I had to stay in a dirty room with blood stains on the flloor shower didn't work and Chick-fil-A sauce in the bed sheets

This room was absolutely disgusting,smelled like smoke, had sticky carpet and bugs behind the door. There was less than a half of roll of toilet paper in the room when we checked in with no spares.

Everything to do with it it was bad.

Warning! Rooms were dirty, stained chair and floor. Sheets were clean. We stayed. Offered a diff room second night, sheets had holes from over use/wash. Second night a very drunk couple were aggressively trying to get in our room. Staff was nonchalant.

Breakfast was only sweet rolls, juice and coffee.

The front desk staff helped me when I had trouble opening my room door. Even though it was past 11:30 at night.

Thought it was a clean room till the roaches came out.

I was charged twice and have not been refunded yet.

Exceeded expectations! Beds were comfy everything is as clean and staff was super friendly.
