Hampton Inn Clarksville

The thermostat in the room was broke. Talk to the front desk. They had no body to come look at it. The sink was cracked. Look like a motel six. The grab bar in the bathroom was loose. I almost fell. It was more like a motel six dinner then I Hampton in.

Their breakfast options were good and the food was hot and good as well. They kept it well stocked. The in door pool was great as well.

Yes I?m with a check in found out. They wanted $50 for my dog and I told him no I do not want this room. I do not want to stay here. I?m going to leave so put the money back in my account and I left, and they did not put the money back in my account.

I liked everything about the hotel. Their breakfast area was clean, and the food was very good. I liked that there was coffee and flavored creamer available all day and all night, at no charge. Their coffee was very good.

Location is both good and bad. Just next to I40 but 5 miles from food options.

Hotel is good but it's more 2 and half; then 3. Breakfast is very average, compared with other 3 star.

This is hard...the staff was wonderful and the room was much more than expected! Will definitely plan on making this a regular stopping place when making this trip!

Did not care for the quality of the breakfast..it looked much better but unfortunately the taste was not!!!

Staff went above & beyond! I came out to visit my dad from CO for Christmas & found out that he didn't have a turkey pan. Nothing was open & Stacy went out of her way to find one in the kitchen. Needless to say...Christmas was saved for us

We had a great dane with us so having a room right by the door was awesome. We also loved the vast selection of free breakfast.

Outlets on the lamp did not work so we couldn't charge our phones next to the bed. There was an alarm clock but it didn't work. The tv channel selection was not loke most places we stay. There wasn't even a button to view what the program was about.

Quiet, easy access to 1-40. Bed was comfortable!

Front desk lady was polite and apologized for how dirty my room was.

Bathroom commode was filthy, all furniture covered with dust and room had awful smell. Very run down and unclean. Ice machine was broken and no housekeeping was available.

the desk for check in was very professional, kind, caring and even helped us with directions. The breakfasts and the ladies assisting were amazing. Even the housekeeper was helpful and amazing. Clean rooms and a clean smell. Loved this place.

Well, a hot tub was advertised but there wasn't one that we saw. The man in front of us asked but we came at the tail end of the conversation. The pool was nice and clean with towels laid out on chairs. A small pool but very nice & good for youngster

The breakfast was good but they were out of eggs and biscuits when we were there.

I thought it is overpriced and the young man at the desk did not seem very customer-oriented.

The hotel was close to the interstate.

Breakfast was lacking in options. It was not a typical Hampton breakfast.

It was a nicer than average hotel at a good price. Location was a little weird, but easy to locate.

There aren¿t a lot of food options around the hotel. You have to get back on the highway, merge into 75 mph traffic to go 3 miles and exit for food.

Clean Accomodations, no hassle check in.Friendly staff.

We had our room tidied up during non housekeeping hours by the front desk guys! We have small children and our room was a mess. Thankfully, the guys up front were willing to come in and vacuum for us at night!!

Nice and good location most of the staff were very nice.hotel was clean but you could see were they did not clean all furniture in hotel.overall was nice and beds were very comfortable.
