It smelled like pot. Bed are old and hard. TV or hair dryer did not work. I booked King and a double and hotel said they are aloud to so that

The location was great, and the hotel was generally clean.

Our bed sheets and bedspread had stains on them that made us uncomfortable using them. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

I didn't like how I was treated by hotel staff and the general manager of the hotel. I'm not sure I even spoke with the general manager as I was told several times that a manager wasn't on site. I was yelled at and talked to very rudley by the manager

They charged me for the stay on my credit card I called them and I still have it on my card

Location

Upholstered chair had rip on right side arm rest and exposed metal object that I felt was a cutting hazard.

The hotel is an older Hotel with some recent updates, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location was awesome, it was 10 minutes from the Pool Hall that we were visiting.

Closeness of family.

It had roaches, the beds made a noise every time you moved, the chair were disgusting(I made them remove). They don't serve meat with breakfast. The wall were nasty, we had to leave our luggage in the car.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke as if it was a smoking room. No elevator and we were put on the second floor. We are seniors and it was difficult to get our suitcase up the long flight of stairs.

The room had an odor of smoke. Hole in the bedspread had been someone smoked. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There was plastic behind the trashcan underneath the sink. The hairdryer was so dirty. I wouldn¿t even touch it. Floor filthy!!

The staff was kind. It is obvious they¿re in the middle of renovations. No big deal, so maybe better things to come. Bed/pillows were comfortable.

Shower was meh. Gym was a disaster. Breakfast was insufficient. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Location. Had fresh towels daily.

Non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Shower head leaked. One door key quit working twice. Available breakfast not much. I¿m currently in dispute over two additional nights charged to my card. I¿ll pay more for better accommodations in the future!

Everything about our stay was horrible: 1- Staff awful attitude 2-Room - multiple issues. I do not have enough room to include all. 3- We could not eat free breakfast - selection too limited and unappetizing. 4- Felt very insecure

There is a sign that states hot breakfast, it consist a brown sack with a folded frozen egg and cheese, a cold muffin and a kid size yogurt and 1 sack per person. Towels are childlike sizes and dingy and ruff feeling.

The cleaning ladies are nice

The location of the hotel is wonderful.

The front desk day staff are rude. Their sign states ¿Wake up to a hot breakfast¿. Not true¿you get a brown paper bag with a folded egg and cheese a yogurt and a muffin, she says it¿s 1 beer guest.

The location nearest to the Interstate and great restaurants. But the Comfort Inn behind this hotel is Awesome for a couple of xtra $ you get more than just great service: great breakfast in the dining area and as much coffee as you desire¿¿¿¿

There sign reads ¿Wake up to a hot breakbeat¿; when going into the dining area there is only coffee and the front desk hands you a brown paper bag with a microwaveable single egg pack, yogurt and a off brand muffin¿¿.

Nothing at all.

The room wasn¿t clean.Spider webs on the ceiling.Mildew on bathroom ceiling.The bed lining was supposed to be white,but was very dingy dirty looking.Parking,I¿m handicap and people with no sticker took both spaces. I had to park on the opposite building
