Clean room comfortable bed

Hotel staff housekeeping knocking and opening my door at 9am! Stop coming to ppl room so early! Ask ppl what time they expect to leave! And on top of that you opened my our door and that is unacceptable and a complete invasion of privacy! I still upset

The price and staff was great

I hate them knocking so early especially when I’m staying another night

The front desk staff did not greet me and took 16 minutes to check me in. He did his audit before I got there and cancelled my paid reservation. Never again.

I've read several negative reviews concerning the staff here. I've stayed 3 years in a row at this hotel & have never had one bad experience with the staff. I've always found them helpful & friendly!

The hotel is what it is - average, but well maintained. I don't like the fact that they have smoking rooms next to non-smoking rooms. You can smell the cigarettes as you walk the hallway. For people with allergies it might aggravate their symptoms.

Good room rate, clean, quiet, close to food and where I was working. Staff was very efficient and friendly.

Although I consider the rooms to be clean, I had to change rooms because the first had bedbugs. All was well in the second room.

The staff was very friendly. I liked the new mattresses, they were very comfortable, I slept great. There is an elevator and a small fitness center.

Staff is/was amazing! She definitely helped me in my time of crisis. She¿s very generous and kind and I am very much appreciative of her services! Thank you, Staff! :)

Smell

The front Desk Clerk was very rude and has no coustomer service at all.I spoke she looked at me like i was speaking a foreign language. we looked at each other for a inute til i asked what i nned to do lol.

The front desk coustomer service, and the linen on the bed looked liked there was durt particals and hiar in the bed.Had to shake linen and spray bed down. Thank God i brought me own covers

It was okay ,but next time I’ll choose different

The room was dirty . The people that were in the room before us had stuff left in the bed. It wasn’t thoroughly cleaned .

It was close to where we needed to be.

The smell in the hotel smells like throw up and mold. There were roaches in the room. Beware if you stay here. I should have demanded a refund and slept in the car.

The place was clean and bed was comfortable, the staff was nice.

The breakfast could be better, no boiled eggs no packs of grits. Over all it was fine.

I suffered severe bed bug bites. I only played in the room 1 hour and was covered with bites , this place needs to be closed
