Suite Stay - Talladega

Notjing

Roaches everywhere.. on the walls.. floor. Crawling on the bed.

They had decent plans for remodeling, but nothing was ready yet.

It was unable to provide the room that was promised when we made the reservation. There were no clean rooms ready to rent. They either were dirty or they smelled or they were being remodeled. They said they would give me a refund, but they did not.

Nothing it's not worth what they charge... They have roaches, furniture nasty & out of date.

Yes same above.

The location and the parking space. This a site for a planned family reunion.

The hotel lobby was closed, the staff spoke about COVID standards still in place. Had to conduct all business through a walk up window regardless of weather. The room could have been cleaner, an empty soda was missed between the refrigerator and dresser

Location is the only positive thing about this hotel.

Everything else. Including rude staff, disgusting room, broken door lock, way overpriced¿ jist everything.

It is 10 minutes from CMP.

- Lobby still closed(no coffee) - Had to deal with staff through a small slit in a window - My smoke detector was disconnected and lying on the counter top (fire violation) - TV/Microwave/Fridge all connected to a surge protector (fire violation)

The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude to me and even laughed in my face when I couldn’t tell military time. She knew that my cousins were coming to check in and I had already paid for their room yet they were not allowed in without me.

Filthy, dirty, and smelt of mold and mildew. Booked room for two nights but left the first morning and did not go back.

I have been staying at this hotel for the one off week I get a for months. I stay here because it's cheapest. But when I need somewhere to go the week before race weekend I'm charged over --- when I normally pay the weekly rate. Its not nice enoughforthat

No restaurant your ebbsite said there was one. They tried to charge us $75 for our dog. Sign in thru bullet proof window. we take this as your fault

Located within 6 miles of where I needed to go.

Walls cracked and dirty. Smoke alarm not even working.

Friendly staff!!!! I had limited options due to a last minute trip. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel based on some of the reviews. I can assure you the hotel was neat and orderly. Great staff very helpful.

Near the college.

Advertised dining facility- closed for two years. Only open for Talladega race week-end. No restaurants close by as advertised and none of the four are open on Sundays. Limited access to TV stations.

cheap

Room felt dirty. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets and multiple other places around the room. There was also a faint smell of urine from the carpet or couch.

close to CMP

The location to the city and highway.

The lobby was closed.

Somewhere to stay

The owner isnt liable for nothing and we kept getting locked out of our room even today

Didn't like anything!! Will never spend money with them again!!!

Staff was very very rude.

Old and outdated.

There was nothing to like about this experience. The price, value, accommodations, location, and safety were all awful.
