Quality Inn near University of Mobile

It's located next to everything(Walmart, Dollar tree, waffle house etc.) And the staff were extremely nice. It just seems to me that the owners didn't care because for $66-$75 a night doesn't match. They need to drop the price until they get it fixed up

It had like 20 TV stations listed but only like 5 or 7 of them worked. Why advertise the selection knowing that many weren't available. Also there was dry wall peeling in both rooms I stayed in(the dry wall seams were cracked and visible)

Location

The lights above the bathroom did not work. The light in the entryway of the room flickered for an excessive amount of time before deciding to come on. Reserved a king room, but upon arrival, a king room was not available.

Good location

Shower and toilet leaked, and made loud noises. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and AC and heat worked very poor

Hot breakfast was limited on choices. Waffles, eggs or bisquits and gravy was the only thing hot. No grits or hashbrown and no bacon or sausage except once in 4 days. Wifi did not work in our room. Room service had to be requested.

Price and easy to find.

This hotel was filthy - every wall had splatters and smudges, the ceiling plaster was peeling off and mildewed, the shower curtain was barely attached. We arrived at 2am, which was too late to make a change. The milk at breakfast was also spoiled.

Location. Easy to get around to restaurants/stores needed.

Definitely could use an update, considering age of hotel not bad for price.

I thought the lumpy bed would be a problem, but I actually slept well.

The room wasn't clean. There was hair in the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose.

Nothing it smelled like beer, weed and smoke. The key cards wouldn¿t work. They charged me twice. It was horrible.

The evening host on the front desk. Breakfast was nice.

Yes my grandkids mistakenly forgot a red beach bucket full of shells and sand they found themselves on the beach. I called back the same day and every day since. Each person I've spoken with says no one has found them. Not a honest place to stay.

The hotel was disgusting. There was food under the bed when we first walked in, it was hot and smelly, and the comforters were stained. There were roaches in room where the ice machine was. We hated our entire stay and wanted to sleep in our car.

The front desk clerk was very friendly.

The bathroom floor wasn¿t clean. You can tell they didn¿t vacuum the room. The shower head was old and had black stuff on it. There was hair all over the clean folded towels in the bathroom.

House keeping people knocking on the door too dame early..I was sleeping..So since I didnt answer..She used her key..that's a big no no

Easy access to the highway.

The insects and roaches all over the place. Each night I found a roach either on the wall or on the bathroom sink. No shower curtain for the showers. Room must have been a smoker's room, it smelled like stale smoke.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you've been upgraded! They promised a breakfast and deliver a real breakfast, contrary to others... I recommended this hotel to my co-workers.

No tv guide (not a big deal though).

Staff was very helpful and courteous. The whole hotel was very clean. It was the best hotel I have stayed at in a very long time!!! Thank you!!!! We will stay here next time we are anywhere close to this area. That's a wide area lol.

Found roaches in two different rooms. Not a clean place to stay. Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced throughout the whole building.

Convenient locations right off the highway.

Mold all over the bathtub. Room smelled of mildew. Tub drained really slow.

The location is good everything you want or need is near. While short staffed, the working staff was polite.

We booked 3 rooms, all needed work. My room on the 1st floor was terrible. Upon arrival the door was propped open with the safety latch. The ceiling had pieces chipping off, tub had rust & mold stains, toilet stopped up and the window didn't close or lock

When we left!

Yes!!! Both rooms we reserved had not been cleaned. There was a dirty Qtip on the floor, hair in the bed, toilet, and shower, mud on the tile, and the carpet had not been vacuumed. We asked for a different room and it was also unclean.
