Cons -
- The room was not what I paid for - paid for king suite received room with double beds. The toilet would not flush, there was mold in the cups provided in ?kitchen?, and there was a roach in the bathroom. One of the 3 towels had a huge hole.
- Yes, I booked a room and they didn?t have it. Took me over 2 hrs to find another hotel.
- The previous occupants left the thermostat extremely low. The frigid air combined with the excessive heat outside made literal puddles of condensation in our room. Although the problem was brought to staff's attention, nothing was done to remedy the issue
